I ordered 6 straw placemats, was charged for 6 placemats BUT only received 2. Would never recommend this company. If I could give them zero stars I would.
I have ordered through Walmart several times and this is the company that shipped my item. I have not received my item more times then I actually did. Their best answer is “just wait”” or. “Looking in to the issue”. I will definitely be more careful of who the seller is when shopping on Walmarts site.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have been waiting literally 3 weeks for a book bag and lunch pail. Every time I looked at UPS tracking it kept going to Connecticut. So I get ahold of joy buy (max) oh bc of some airplane bs it can't get over to the US, reminding u it says it's been in Connecticut, I am in PA. It says it will be here again today we will see I'm not very hopeful.. why doesn't Walmart get rid of that place! Don't order, probably won't get your stuff! $40 book bag down the drain school starts next week so now I gotta spend time that I don't have at the mall for another probably $50-70 book bag and I'm sure I won't get my money back from that trashy place!
My husband ordered a chin strap for his bipap mask back in early June 2023. It is now the middle of August 2023, and still no refund to our bank account. JoyBuy is a bogus enterprise. A 3rd party Walmart vendor. We received an email only 4 days after he ordered the strap, notifying that Walmart cancelled the order since it was taking too long and apologized. The thing is, it wasn't the even near the projected delivery date. We have emailed them back and forth, back and forth. JoyBuy said up front would be refunded within 3 to 5 days. Then 10 days to 2 weeks. Never happened. Then said it had been refunded to our bank. Not! AND still hasn't!! Called Walmart '800' Customer Service number. Hispanic lady didn't have a clue and gave me a bogus reference to take to the bank for a refund. Bank rep laughed and said the bank had NO such policy. Bank manager checked our account. The $$$ was taken out on June 26, but never refunded/deposited back into our account. We are just screwed, but I plan to contact the Federal Trade Commission indicating fraudulent online vendor and mentioning that Walmart did not correct either! If 1,000 customers spent $25, to JoyBuy,, via Walmart.com, and they cancelled the order, not refunding at all, that would be a cool $25,000 profit for this bogus vendor!! Shame on Walmart.com! Heads up. Do not order at all from this bogus outfit. After over 2 months of back and forth calls and texts and bogus promises, you will have no ordered product AND no money back. SCAM.
I ordered a pocket watch for a birthday gift and it doesn't work, I want my money back, you people should check the item and make sure it's working properly and it didn't even come with instructions. Never again will I order anything from this company

I paid for an android phone through walmart.com have not recieved my item and can't contact anyone that knows anything to remedy the situation. Walmart.com has to know about this company so why are they still on their site??? Very angry at the company and extremely disappointed in Walmart
If you’re shopping online at Walmart, DO NOT purchase from this manufacturer. I was unable to return this at a Walmart store, then had a 2 week email exchange with Joybuy. At first they tried to talk me out of a return, then said it would take a few days to authorize. On August 3 they said I would get a full refund within 3-5 days. 9 days later, no refund. They will not give me an address to send my return. Every interaction has been botched. Sadly, I will end up taking a loss of $ and precious time. And the quality of the dress I ordered is terrible. Beware.

Terrible company. Please review who your walmart items come from. This company will take forever and they have no refund policy!!! They don't care about anything except getting your money. If I could rate them at a zero that would be more accurate. The size of a dress that I bought was not true to size and they will not accept the return for a smaller size. They took my money for nothing. Why does Walmart still allow them to stay a part of their marketplace with all of these bad ratings??
I purchased a folding washing machine from the seller that broke down after the first use. I reached out to the seller for a replacement or a refund as I used it JUST ONCE, but they refused to acknowledge it. It makes me disappointed to see such poor-quality products allowed to be sold in the USA. The seller is not held accountable for the product's poor quality. Communication with customer service is very slow, and each email request gets a response in two days, without a solution. As sellers like this dump their poor-quality products without acknowledging their failures, I wondered if the consumer bureau monitors the quality of the products sold in the country. There was a suggestion that they have the machine repaired at a local shop and that they could cover the maintenance costs. However, they do not have a part number or serial number for the machine, so no one can fix it. The funny part is, they offered me $10 compensation for a $50 item that barely worked.
Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Joybuy (thru Walmart). You guys said it all! I ordered 4-inch wall protectors (for doorknobs), and the ones I received were 2 inches in diameter. I needed to install them in a rental property right away, but it took forever to get them, THEN THEY DIDN'T FIT MY NEEDS! Those jackasses wanted me to send pictures, item numbers, use special formatting, jump through all kinds of hoops for THEIR MISTAKE!! After a couple of emails back & forth, I just told them the cheap shit wasn't even worth me wasting any more time or trying to return it for credit or exchange. Maybe Walmart has gotten so BIG, they really don't give a hoot if we take our business elsewhere because of their partners. My 1-star rating is actually a -10 (for the record).
I am very unimpressed with this company. I received the wrong item from them as part of a bulk order that included other companies' items sold through Walmart. I reached out twice to receive a refund and the correct item and never heard back. Thankfully it wasn't expensive and the item I received I can still use, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing their product unless you want the incorrect item to come to you and for you to never receive the correct one.

I ordered a pair of shoes from these yahoos. I ordered a size 8 and got a 91/2 they would not send me another pair or give my money back. If Walmart wants to keep mme as a customer, they will drop them. I will never order from them again. Don't you either.
