Strongly recommend you stay away from Joybuy. I had a problem with my purchase, and I tried for 5 months to get them to even acknowledge that I existed. They refused to resp0ond to any correspondences. Walmart reached out to them, and they still did not respond.

Only refunded me for one item instead of all eight items. Items were late and not what I expected.

Ordered a game for my granddaughter for her birthday. Same story as everyone else. Shipment was "delayed" and then somehow showed it was placed in my mailbox the following day - only what was delivered was not what I ordered. Instead of the game I ordered, I received a disc of pirated games - illegal. This disgusting scam company is a direct reflection on Wal-Mart and just another indication of the direction Wal-Mart is headed - all downhill. Their reputation and their standards and ethics are far from where they used to be. I buy from other conservative sellers the majority of the time and this experience solidifies that decision. Wal-Mart best go back to the practices and philosophy of the times of Sam Walton when it was known for family values and honesty. Shame, shame on those of you controlling this company today.

I ordered visors for my vehicles. The ones that were sent to me are NOT the ones I ordered! They sent me 3.00 cheap ass pieces of shit instead of the of es they had shown and I ordered. They do not deserve even 1 star.

I placed an order on Walmart.com for tree wrapping burlap that was advertised as 62 inches wide x 16 ft long. The order was fulfilled by Joybuy Marketplace (Express). I received a small package in my mailbox that contained a small roll of burlap that was 8 inches wide and not quite 9 feet long. I sent in a complaint to Walmart.com that was forwarded to Joybuy who asked for pictures. I sent pictures and they replied asking for more pictures and video clearly showing the measurements. I sent them twice and then got an email apologizing and offering a 30 percent reimbursement! I told them I just want the correct burlap so I can wrap my trees! False advertising and Walmart is allowing it to happen!

This company is a scam . The product I bought was junk I canceled my second order and can't get my full refund. I did get one third of my refund . If anyone is thinking of buying here read all the reviews you won't have any problem finding negative reviews if I could give a negative 5 stars I would

I ordered a 3 ft tall flamingo skeleton from Walmart! Was this not the case. It was Joybuy. After 4 weeks I got a 6 inch tall crow and a deer christmas ornament. I have left them emails but after reading these reviews I probably won't hear from them. I am disputing this on my cc and will be contacting walmart. Horrible company and I have never liked walmart so this is the icing on the cake, no more walmart!! Not a one star at all but this is the lowest rating they allow you to pur! 0 IT IS!

They appear to have deceptive business tactics, tell customer items are shipped from California, which is reported through Walmart app.

Items are really shipped from china, as far as o can tell.

I attempted to contact California office, just a long recording about how to return or request tracking.

Every response is through email.

I'm sure I'll get my order but much late. Just don't like being lied to.

If they were up front about shipping, I would have still purchased.

Thought you Asian community was about honor and face.

August 2nd estimated time of delivery anytime by 9:00 p.m. . 8 days delayed before package is found. In the hand of shipping partner DING HONG. A total of 18 days waiting for a package they should have taken 3 days to deliver when everything was sent out on the 20th sat in the shipping partners possession for 14 days. And no one knew where my package was no one kept track of it. I know August 2nd I will receive my package if it doesn't get lost. This is the second time I ordered the same package it's the second time it got lost in delivery and was delayed 18 days. You need to change your shipping partner and have a better way of tracking the package.

I wish I could give them negative stars. As soon as I ordered one of their items from Walmart, they changed the delivery date from 3 days to 3 weeks. So I cancelled. I received an email that I’d get a refund in 3-5 days, yes it was already fully charged BEFORE shipping, which never came. When I contacted Walmart they said it was already shipped before cancellation, which was flat out lie. They never refunded, never shipped, but luckily Walmart handled it for me, giving me a promo code. Even tho I appreciate that greatly, it wasn’t their problem and Joybuy should be responsible !

Disgusting people/company and Walmart is that much worse for dealing with them. They ALL kept my money and refuse to CONTACT me. Zero rating for sure. RIP OFFS

I ordered an electric teapot with a duster cover ; the dust cover came but NO tea pot ! I contacted Joybuy and still no response ! A tiny little piece of green plastic is not worth $7.69 !! The item ( tea pot ) was on a clearance sale !

Either they need to get my tea pot here or make a FULL refund !

I ordered a 100 piece decor set with the tired tray December 20, 2022. I received 5 decor items. I have contacted Walmart 5 times, they keep saying JOY BUY will contact me with in 48 hours. I have never heard from them except once, saying my order has been shipped. I want even give them 1 star because this is the worst company to buy from.

Ordered a gift on 12/5/22. I never received it. I left several messages and no one would ever contact me back although I would get an email from Walmart saying the seller would be contacting me. Today is 12/24/22 it still says delayed with no way to get a refund on the app. Very frustrated and annoyed.

The seller not only still not ship my parcel out, but also ignore my messages. Bad service.
