This company is a joke!!! Their women's sizes are, at most, a small preteen size. Not good quality either. I had them sent to my daughter in another state and Walmart wouldn't let her return them with the original cc. Nonsense! She had my order info! So she shipped them to me which was more wasted money so when when we tried to return them again Joybuy wouldn't let us. Begging us to keep them and they'll give us a 20% coupon. What an insult!! I'm very frustrated!! Zero stars if it would let me!!!

I purchased an item from Walmart, not knowing it was from JoyBuy. After 3 weeks of not recving my item, I requested a refund. The price was the thing that reeled me in. Walmart did refund my money but it takes up to ten days to get a refund. Bottom line: read all the reviews, it’s a reason this company gets 1 out of 5 stars. Item never arrived but I have a feeling that if it had, I would be sending it back for sizing or misrepresentation. Trust me, it is not a joy to buy from JoyBuy!,

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM JOYBUY!!! This place is terrible! I ordered some pink shoes for my granddaughter and they sent me white. I accepted that, but I also ordered TWO kitty cat hand fans and they sent me ONE "do rag". A "do rag" has NOTHING to do with kitty cat hand fans! I love Walmart and cannot believe that they allow this shoddy business to be a third party seller with them. I CALLED WALMART CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY (WALMART THEMSELVES) REFUNDED MY MONEY. THANK YOU WALMART, BUT AVOID JOYBUY AT ALL COSTS!!!

If could give 0 stars I would. Every time O order from here it rake almost a month for my item(s) to get to me and half the time its the wrong color or size that you order. They refuse to give refunds and usually offer you 1/4 or the price you paid then when you decline they'll offer a little bit more BUT never the entire amount you paid and when you refuse they just stop responding to your emails. Why does Wlamrr allow companies like this to sell on their website

I ordered a wast bin for my car through Walmart. I received order confirmation with tracking number and date of April 13 to receive. About the 20th I called Walmart because tracking said it was still in Jamaica NY. They were right on it and issued me a refund and told me to enjoy it for free if it arrives. I received the item today a month after ordering and was shocked when I opened it and found a small plastic hanging bin that I could buy at dollar store instead of nice bin with a lid and black for my car interior . I can't believe Walmart still does business with JoyBuy especially after reading these reviews 0 stars for JOYBUY

I bought a canopy from them it was broke in 2 days it was junk and then didn't want to refund me they would not accept the product back they are horrible DO NOT BUY FROM JOYBUY it was not a joy!! I can't believe Walmart has them on their site!! They make walmart look bad i have to give a 1 star because i have to leave 1 or else i would pick a No star! I ordered a blouse from a Walmart.com ad on Facebook, not realizing it wasn’t actually Walmart. I ordered an XXL, but when it came, it was more like a medium. I took it to my local Walmart, they took the blouse, but they said any refund would have to come from the original seller: Joybuy. I got a receipt and a tracking number. I was told the refund would take up to 2 weeks. After reading the reviews I found here, I wonder if I will ever see that refund, though.

I got my order and was so excited. It was a XXL cover up. It was so small it had to be a size 0. I checked the label and it did say XXL. No information in the package, just the garment in a zip lock type bag with a sticker on it. No card to tell them why I wanted to return it. I could not find a return address on the package or online. When I went online to find out how to return the item it says "5. 30-day unconditional return does not apply to clothes, shoes and hats that have the warranty card missing or the security labels and tags tampered with." I had no kind of card or tags come with it. Save yourself - Don't buy from this company!!!

Purchased a child's motorized vehicle through Walmart.com app on my phone - not realizing I wasn't purchasing truly from Walmart. Then gave the gift as a birthday present to our grandson several weeks later. When they opened it, the product wouldn't work. We tried to return to Walmart, and learned we only had 30 days to return through this seller. Even if the product is defective, they do not stand by their product past 30 days. I requested a replacement part, or asked where I could order a replacement part. They indicated they had responded to me already and no other responses would be provided. The customer service doesn't deserve a 1 star.

I ordered a throw. The photo had it on a full-size bed. It arrived the size of a hand towel and the hem was unfinished. I tried to return it. They first said the would refund me. Then they sent a second email telling me they can’t refund me due to system errors and that they were sorry. I’m shocked Walmart allows their products on their site.
