The worst!!! They kept canceling my order!! Never received yoga pants!!!! Awful!!!! Minus rating!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR. I dont normally give reviews but this company is a SCAM. They sell you items that don't come for months and month and when you finally do receive it, its damaged, doesn't work and return of money takes longer. I wouldn't give them 1 star but had to rate them something. Walmart should remove them from their website to order from as it's only giving Walmart a bad name as well. Don't wait your time.

The seller never solve my problem, bad service.

I've been trying to cancel my orders as soon as it was stuck in transit for second time. The site won't let me. Do you have any suggestions on how to do so? Walmart normally does a decent job otherwise, but not being able to fix this pisses me off.

I ordered a paperback book and received a silk flower stem. Do not buy from Joybuy. Walmart should not use them as a third-party vendor

I only received 1 of my items and the one I did receive has a stain on the front of it. I dont want to wear a stained shirt nor would I ever give it to someone stained! They do not want to issue me a refund on the one I never received instead they say "wait some days" then get back to us. I will now be escalating this up to walmart management or filling a complaint with my CC company to get my money back. I would stay away from this seller.

I feel as if Walmart knows what these people are doing to us and I think Walmart should be how the countable for what these people are doing and taken from American people in times of we're having now in the United States and yet Walmart is still going to let these people do us this way shame on you Walmart

Ordered a child's toy through Walmart and they sent me 4 video doorbells. Did not put their name on label and since I did not order these I had no idea where they came from. Talked with Walmart and they said I would not be billed. But where is my child's toy?

Terrible product****DO NOT BUY****. Purchased a Hot Tub and the heater went out in 5 weeks. Warranty only good for 30 days.

this is one of the worst company i have ever seen placed order with almost 3 weeks to get it and it was damaged. i don't know a company can stay in business that has that bad of track record

They set up shipping label info....then they order item from overseas. So you check tracking.....nothing...contact them over and over...nothing. Then finally they respond with there may be some unavailability during delivery. The delivery may be affected by anti-factors, such as customs clearance, weather, boarding delays. We have asked our courier to deliver your parcel asap.

Since they are selling through Walmart...you think they are responsible seller...but they are not.

MINUS 5 stars!! Absolutely a scam company & Walmart should not have any ties to Joy Buy or any other fake name the Chinese come up with. Total waste of time waiting for an artificial door wreath & all they did was take my order & my money. Never mailed my order to me. Thankfully Walmart Cancelled my order & I should be getting my money back. Walmart needs to drop them!

I ordered a 1 terabyte micro sd card from Walmart. Joybuy was the seller. Card came and didn't work right away. After a test I found out why. Came back as 794mb usable, some 999,206mb short of a full terabyte. I would give 0 stars as this seller is commiting fraud and walmart has allowed it since 2017.

I bought my son a Goku Black figure from JoyBuy on Walmart. It was supposed to come yesterday but it didn’t my son was waiting for almost a month now just to find out that it was tiny as crap. Never buying from joybuy again

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a ring set from them which I guess I should have been smart enough to know you can't get something like that that cheap but hey we all go for a deal I've waited over two weeks finally got mad started raising Cane with them they refunded my money because they don't have what they said they had and I had to pretty much get ugly as crap to get my money but it really makes me mad as crap these people don't have something Walmart knows this crap but yet since it's customers to them I don't think they're the only ones that are scamming I think Walmart's with it. Please watch your backs boys and girls do not get anything from Joy by and do not order from Walmart because there you are fully aware of what is going on
