JOY SYSTEMS INC

i bought a refurbished desktop from walmart in 2016. i had to do some weird stuff when it started and it was sent from joy system through 3rd party shippers. the computer crashed and dumped all my info and could not reboot from my backup or pc restart. in short the computer never worked right and i am still looking for personal videos and pics from then. in my opinion the computer was not refurbished just resold. now the boxes it came in definitely looked really nice and probably were refurbished. in fact the boxes for the computer and keyboard are so nice i still have them in my closet 4 years later with no siggns of damage or wear. my complaint is they were supposed to fix the computer not the boxes. i think i paid 175 for nice boxes with a broken computer in it. i dont think i know because computer never worked and i spent around a year trying to get it to work which factory restore should have always worked on windows 7, and i really do have the boxes and they are really nice
