I bought and paid for a new mower from Walmart. I received the mower, and it was not worth the price. I took it back to Walmart and was told I could not return it to the store. I was supposed to send it to Joe's. Joes wrote and said I have to attach he mower to a pallet and then enclose it and call a shipping company. I told them my credit card was charged to Walmart not Joe's.
I don't want to deal with Joe's.
STOP!!! Do not do business with Joe’s . They are not interested in your needs, only in screwing you. They sell used junk for new prices, and then make you hassle on returning and refunding your money. They run stall scams on getting you a return until the time frame to return is used up, and they have an excuse for not refunding you . I wish I had read all the horrible reviews before getting involved with them. They have screwed several customers, which is how they make their money. I can only imagine how bad they are at screwing the government on their taxes if they treat their customers the way they do. If I could give them a zero star I would
Friendly people, but not happy with the way they communicate. E-mail response is slow. Not at all happy with product and how long it took to get it right.
Stay away! Products are bad and customer service is bad. Ordered a snow blower that went out in 3 weeks, called about a replacement, I shipped in the broken snow blower within a few days they never sent me a new one I had to call in and then it took a week to come. I received the replacement and it was a lesser model and when I called the only explanation I got was the warehouse was out of the original one I had ordered, but I was expected to be happy with a lesser model that I paid for or send the replacement back for my money back. Save yourself a headache and buy something else.
This place tried to resell me a used product. Still waiting on my refund after going through all the steps to request my refund. After reading all the reviews and seeing how aweful Joes outlet factory is ,Walmart should be ashamed of there selves for continuing to use this company. Buyer beware.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOES FACTORY OUTLET, LODI NJ. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!! While looking at a new riding lawnmower, I was informed it did not come with a grass collection bag but one could be purchased online since the mower was from MTD and Made in USA. The mower was delivered the next day but without a factory owners manual so I had no idea how all the knobs and levers worked nor what did they do. We were able to get the mower running and I put it in the garage. Searching the mower I found many labels, one showed the model number, another one showed the motor information. Another label showed that this equipment is solely for export and is therefore exempt under 40 CFR 1086.230 from U.S. emission standards. Looking on line, I could not find this model number anywhere. Checking with MTD corporate they confirmed that this is not a US model and therefore no drawings nor parts list are available. MTD did email me a sorta users manual where I learned basic operations and that the mower blades would not turn without the grass collection bag. So a lawn mower that won't mow. It did come with a snow plow. Returning to Joes, I was informed that I purchased it being aware it was European. That is correct. But I wasn't told No parts are available. To the contrary I was told parts would be readily available since the unit was made in the US. I asked to return the mower but was told "No Returns" I left and did more research. Since the mower blades did not turn I called Joes and inquired what their 1 year in store warranty covered. They said only manufactures defects and what I was experiencing was due to a missing part and not a covered issue. When I inquired about the operations manual, I was told they were still working on getting me one. In reading the information sent to me from MTD I noticed that several necessary items were included along with the in the manual but Joes had no idea what I was talking about. STAY AWAY FROM JOES FACTORY OUTLET.
AVOID!!! Don't do business with them.
I ordered a Troy-Bilt 21" self propelled lawn mower from Joe's through Walmart Online . All they did was to just create a shipping label so that they could charge my credit card right away. The item was not ever shipped to UPS. More than a week later, still nothing had been shipped. I tried to contact them but they did not get back to me. After reading some reviews, I realized this was their common practice.
I thought it was a little strange that I ordered from Walmart, waited a week and tracking shows a label has been created but USPS had not received it. Walmart cancelled the order and gave a refund. I then reordered and the exact same thing happened again. After reading some reviews I realized this is a common pattern with this seller. I just wish we could give minus stars for the scum of the earth!
I bought a snow blower from them at the store the lady Sylvia behind counter was rude .the guy victor said take it or leave it .mechanic was the only nice one there and a really big guy eating two large pizzas kept farting while I was there .will never go back
Not an ethical or reputable e-commerce business.
Ordered a Troy bilt mower from Walmart. It came from Joe's in Lodi, NJ. Took over a month to get it (plus a call to Walmart). When it finally arrived the mower was broken, covered in oil and the box had been wrapped so the oil soaked box didn't show. Just closed it and started the refund process. Walmart said to return via FedEx, but they wouldn't take it. Had to call UPS. It cost me $17+ to have it picked up. It was delivered back to Joe's RIP-off outlet on Aug 10. Called to see where my refund was today Sep 20. They did the refund while I was on the phone. If I had not called, I never would have gotten my refund. Walmart should be ashamed for using these jerks. They dont deserve the one star, but negatives are not an option.
Purchased a reel lawnmower from them and everything looked ok but... there were no screws or assembly information. Tried to contact them twice through email and there was no response. Will call next but from the reviews this may be a dead end also. Very frustrated.
Bought a troy built lawn mower from walmart.com.
Actually came from joes factory outlet. The mower don't run and is going to require parts and labor to get running.
When I read reviews on joes factory outlet. There us not 1 single good review. All bad.
So why does Walmart allow them to continue ripping people off from thier website. I have filed a complaint with the BBB to have joes removed from walmart.com.
These people are crooks.... im not going to say anything any different about my experience, than the 39 people, before me.
That is just dirty, that they create a shipping label, so they can collect money, then never ship. How is this even legal???
Hahahaha! *sigh* I read all these reviews and almost cried. Then I started laughing. Then I cried. There isn't any need for me to leave a review...all the stuff that's wrong with my mower can be read on any of the previous review. No manual, missing parts, damaged parts, no response. We're using zip ties because the bolts weren't included. Wal Mart said I can return the mower but no refund until Joe receives it, and I seriously doubt they'll actually refund any money. At that point, I'll be out the money AND the mower. Thanks, Joe. It's no wonder American jobs are going to other countries; companies like you ruin everything.
It took over a month to get my lawn mower from Joe's Factory Outlet. If you call them or email them they will tell you it is coming by the end of the week, but you'll get it when you get it. Shame on Walmart for allowing this to happen on their website under their name!
AVOID!!! Do not deal with these people.
I ordered a riding mower from Joe's and after 2 days of emails asking when i can expect delivery, i get a note from some guy on Sunday night saying delivery should be "at the end of this next week" claiming they are behind schedule because of the snow and ice????
So i let 2 weeks go by with hearing nothing from them and sent them a note telling them i wished to cancel the order since they could not deliver by the promised date , i get a note from them telling me they have sent many emails trying to reach me about delivery and the only problem is i received none.. I again asked to cancel the deal since they have not sent anything. suspecting trouble when i heard nothing from them i went on ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card co witch joe's tried to dispute, I had to send copys of my emails asking to cancel the deal to the cc co and finally after 2 months the charge was reversed. I see that they have now changed their name to "Joe's New Balance Outlet" in an effort to try to gain a clean slate in the reviews dept. SHAME ON THEM.
Ordered a Troy-Bilt mower I never received it. Although shipping information was sent to Walmart there for my credit card was charged. The item was never shipped. You are supposed to wait until the item ships before you charge people. But since they sent shipping information to Walmart I was charged. I waited over two weeks was unable to get any shipping information on my purchase so I called my credit card and they got me a credit for the mower I never received. If they can't handle Walmart's volume I suggest they don't advertise there anymore because Walmart is a whole other animal!
Don't do business with them. I can't even get them to respond to my issue! I'm still trying to figure out how a new supposedly unopened product could have the wrong parts inside? Are they selling cheap knock offs instead of true Troybilt. Something is seriously wrong with this business.
