Follow up is awful. Been trying to get resolution on a return for 2 weeks. Says my email isn't accepted (even tried all my emails). Left messages no return calls. Left messages with order number.
Didn't properly describe product, then told me that I would be subject to their return policy which means you lose about $60 or more of the purchase price.
