We ordered an item in September, returned it in October, have gone round and round with Walmart who then says they will contact the seller JG Direct on our behalf, we were to receive a response in 48 hours, it is now a week later and we have heard nothing form them. We were promised since October our refund would be there in 12 days, in 3-5 days we have seen NOTHING! It's been 3 months. I would give 0 stars but I have to at least 1 to submit.
