Horrible, horrible, horrible! I ordered a bike helmet for my grandbaby I was told it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days. 5 days later I get a message saying it's delayed 10 days later it's still on delay. I immediately cancelled my order through Walmart website. They refunded me three days later and told me that the item was lost but it still may come and to keep it. The item came 9 days after my refund. A week later I received an email saying return the item or they were going to recharge my account they promised me a free label to return the item however instead I received an email from the company telling me that I had past the return date so I have to pay to send it back or they suggest that I give it away as a gift and keep the item. Because no refund will be given . How can I have past the return date when I cancelled it before I even receive the item??? I immediately contacted Walmart again they told me I should hear from seller within 48 hours. It is now four days later have not heard anything. In Walmart's defense they did say they will not recharge my account. Shady , Shady, and more Shady to the Maxima. Don't trust this company.

Purchased a pan with lid.

Was shipped in the box it comes in no double boxed. The box was damaged and the pan was damaged lid will not fit.

It is a clad Teflon pan and it's ruined.

Company dropshipped the item from Newegg and will not respond.

Looks like I lost my money and need to contact my credit card company to get it back.

wow, it sounds like everyone is having the same issue with this company. I ordered the knee pads, elbow pads, wrists protectors and helmet which was supposed to be delivered 3/31/21. It's 4/4/21 and still hadn't arrived. According to tracking, it's been sitting in one city for 5 days.

I ordered a FGY short head 360 spray top on 11/2/20 was to be delivered on 11/10/20, here I am still waiting for it on 11/13/20 , learned a lesson

Ordered a garden hose 7/14/2020........ Notified item shipped 7/15 then notified shipment delayed 7/20. Item was canceled 2 wks later and was never notified of cancellation. Item only showed canceled on UPS site not Walmart tracking site by seller. Contacted Walmart on 08/05 and they TRIED to contact the company and their phone number has been disconnected. Walmart sent an email to the company saying they had 24 hrs to make contact with me and nothing from them. I now have to contact Walmart back to attempt to get a refund. Not only will I never deal with this company again but it also makes me leary of dealing with any company through Walmart.com which an item is not sold directly by Walmart. I am giving them a 1 star rating only because I can't give anything lower.

Ordered a set of cookware. Was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday. It's now Thursday and it still isn't even anywhere near my state. Very disappointed.
