Scammer, avoid at all costs.
Well, what can I say...this is a scam! They sold me Refurbished laptop (it was the first laptop my little girl got for Christmas). I purchased it because it was a few dollars less than reputable places and we are on a budget since my husband, my little ones dad passed away. And what can I say other than please be careful & stay away from this seller
Unfriendly, poor customer service
A dang dirty scalper.
I had ordered a gaming laptop and and they (the seller JB Rapid LLC) misled me because when I had ordered the gaming laptop from the Walmart website it said I was buying as new but when I contacted the manufacturer of the laptop they said it was refurbished and this is not right.
I ordered a processor from them, and it never shipped. I even called their local post office that said they never received a package from them, however, there was a tracking label established for the package. After 4 weeks of waiting, I got a refund through Walmart. This company never responded through email, and the phone number associated with the company is not set up. Anybody considering buying from this supplier: I urge you to find it somewhere else online, you can probably get it cheaper or at least as expensive from a reputable vendor such as Newegg, or B&H. If you must shop on Walmart.com, make sure that the product says "Sold and Shipped by Walmart".
