This place is horrible! I ordered a name pendant and he put too many hearts on it and the "C" in my name looked like an "e". So hes like ya we can fix it send it back, we want you to be happy blah blah blah. So i send it back at my expense and then when he gets it he tells me then hes gonna charge me $35 to remove 3 hearts! the gold is only worth $58 and he charged me $200 and now he wants to charge me another $35? There are so many other stores on etsy i could of used! I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish i could give them no stars!

Spent $3840 for a 14mm 26in long Cuban and have yet to receive it. Been over a month

If you ordered with Walmart be sure to ask for your refund. Waited over a month for my jewelry and never received it. Reached out to JB jewelry house with no response back. Took 15 business days on top of the month I waited for my items. To be able to receive my refund with Walmart.

Definitely a scam! Been waiting on my package and haven’t received it! No response back, stay away!!!!!!!

Never Recieved!! Ordered August 14th. Order was over $500. Got notification it was shipped out the 18th from Chino, California was supposed to arrive by 8pm August 15th. It's now September 10th Still have not received my order Nor have I received any response back from the company. Money was taken out instantly when I ordered it!!!
