As Julie has stated this company refuses to respond to customer emails. I cancelled an order on January 12. 2020, less then five hours after placing the order. The order shipped the next day, and nothing other than an automated response was received.
Item will deliver today. After the delivery I will begin process of disputing the charge on my credit card, and enjoy my new, free gift.
This company is a marketplace seller via Walmart.com. They do not respond to requests for help returning their products. I was told “somebody would email me in 24 hours, and so far it has been TWO days and no word from them. This is unacceptable.
Do not waste your time ordering products such as ThermoPro wireless meat thermometers from this company. You will get NO customer service.
