I purchased a refurbished phone for "hearing" impaired. When I plugged it in it literally knocked out the othe land line saying "Line in use" which it was not! Well, I called the number for "Satisfactioned Guaranteed" If the agent could speak an understanable English I might have gotten somewhere. His accent was so heavy I had to have him repeat & my Closed Caption Phone couldn't understand much either. Up shot I am going to return the cordless phone & want my $100 bucks refund. So very sorry for this purchase BUT it sounded so good in the ad. P.S. it doesn't even deserve the one star but couldn't submit with iut a rating.

This isave as a terrible place to order from. I put in the number from my refrigerator to re-order a filter and they sent the wrong product and will not except a unopened return! I feel like it was done deceptively. I want to give ZERO star

Marked an item for sale on Walmart app. Allowed for order to stay on app for 2 weeks. Delayed shipment and then cancelled after delivery date. No reason given, refund given without adequate compensation for falsely leading customer to think they will get the item. Spread the word, they lie.

If I could give this service 0 stars I would. I ordered a microwave. They call and email me saying my payment method is declined, same card I use for everything everyday, no issue with card, number, expiration date are all correct. I call the number in the email they tell me to call and it's not the right department, so they transfer me, they have a terrible phone connection and say it's not the right department again, they transfer me again, they also have a terrible phone connection, and for the 3rd time, they say it's not the right department baaaahhhaaaaaa. The rest of this story is irrelevant, terrible experience, use any other option

Horrible experience. Received my package with a missing part and no paperwork, the package was delivered open. I was unaware Walmart would not handle the return after going to the store. Contacted isave, was told it was after the 30 day return period. How was I supposed to know it was 30 days when there was no paperwork enclosed? They could care less I received an incomplete order and walked away.

I purchased air conditioner filters in bulk from this site via Wal-Mart Marketplace. However, the filters were the wrong size. I tried returning them in-store multiple times, but the workers couldn’t figure out how to process the return since it was from a third-party vendor. Once I finally found the information I needed, I was told by iSave that nothing could be done since I was outside of my return window. I was simply seeking an even exchange for the right size filters. The customer service reps did not try to accommodate or help me in the slightest, and their grammar and spelling over e-mail were atrocious. My review is based on a lack of professionalism as well as poor customer service.

I purchased a Dyson replacement battery for my Motorhead v7 for ~ $32 in November 2020. I used it about 20-25 times total (maybe once a week) for a total of less than 10 hours of battery time. In May 2021, it stopped working, namely it would fully charge, then work for about 5-10 seconds, then go dead. Then I would have to wait 15 minutes+ and it would work for another 5-10 seconds, etc. The product is clearly defective. It says "Made in China" on it. I emailed isave to explain this and asked for a refund. They responded promptly, but said the product has no warranty, and returns are accepted only within 30 days. I feel ripped off for sure. This product is clearly defective, and they should stand behind it as part of customer service, even if there is no manufacturer warranty . By just responding with the "company line" it seems like their business model is to buy junk from China and sell it knowing customers will not realize the products are junk / defective until after the "30 day return period". Shame on them.

After I received a notification that an item I wanted was in stock, I placed an order with iSave through the Walmart website, and received a confirmation email with an expected delivery date. It turns out it was not true. They did not have the product, even though the website showed available inventory. They emailed me the next day saying they were cancelling my order.

Very misleading ad. According to the ad, I was buying a Xerox high capacity toner cartridge 106R02777. Instead, I received a Xerox standard capacity toner cartridge 106R02775. I needed the toner badly, so I went ahead and used it. Dishonest.

The worst customer service and products! I purchased a faulty telescope for a child's birthday and they will not accept the faulty product. It was past the 30 days, but that was due to me purchasing in advance to ensure that it arrived in time due to the delivery delays!
