I ordered 2 BL-45A1H cellphone batteries. Neither one is any good. At 50 to 40% charge they go dead. It shuts the phone down!!
Terrible experience. Ordered a vacuum. When we received the vacuum, the outer box was in good shape (no damage). The inner box was in terrible shape and the vacuum was damaged. There was actually paperwork in the item showing where someone had purchased previously from Amazon. I called the 1-866 number was was told that I could return the vac to my local Walmart. I took the item to return at the local Walmart. I was told that yes, Walmart would accept the return and send it back but that I would not receive my refund now, I had to wait until the item was received by the 3rd part and that the 3rd party would return my money. So, I have neither my money nor a vacuum. I did not realize that I was buying from someone other than Walmart. Learned a valuable lesson. Do not order from [email protected] This will even make me rethink ordering anything on Walmart.com. My mistake. One I won't make again.
I ordered a power cord for my shaver and then when I tried to have the package held at the Fed Ex office ( customer service ) said the shipper has restrictions keeping them from doing their normal customer service for security reasons, so they just left the package on my doorstep and drove off, I was at work when it was delivered. and by the time I got home it was gone, I don't understand how dropping the package on my doorstep is more secure then Fed Ex holding the package in their office, at my request, and my picking it up there myself, understand I have to show ID that matches the name and address on the package and I have to sign for it, is less secure. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! My experience with [email protected] is becoming a nightmare. I had a refund from Walmart that was emailed to me so I had to order something online to use it. I ordered a cordless phone system for my daughter for Christmas, the order was placed in October, so of course the 30 days return is over. I have called and received the same runaround three times. I am stubborn and will keep trying, I wish I could give them a zero but 1 is the lowest.
Web site said product would work with current equipment. It does not. Took item back to local Walmart in the original packaging. They refused to accept it because it needed to be boxed up. Since it did not come in a box, I questioned that reasoning. Ever try to reason with an employee at Walmart? Also, since the package was open and item was "installed" only to find it is not the correct item , it is no longer in its original condition, so reason 2 Walmart refused to accept the return. Since isave will not pay for return shipping and returning item would cost me more than the product price, I'll give it to Goodwill.
selling counterfeit products. purchased a 3 pack of everydrop water filters and the water tasted like plastic, really strong plastic taste. so I doubled the amount of water that was recommended to for purging with no difference, so I tried another one with the same results. contacted Isave to exchange or return and because it was past 30 days there is nothing we can do ie. we have your money so get bent. here is my issue with a 30 day policy the filters are a 6 month product and there is no way to try it out without ruining it. So I am out 70.00 but only because Walmart was able to take one filter back 50.00, filters came in a double pack and a single and Walmart only has the single packs in their system. thanks Walmart for doing what you could. DONT BUY FROM ISAVE
July 10, 2018 ABSOLUTE RIPOFF! Would not make return for over $200 purchase on merchandise not as described - went to store to return was told had to call 800 # shipped from iSave but didn't save anything but a headache - went to install item (home surveillance cameras from Uniden) outside after month of rain and 100 degree weather - now it's a week over 30 day return policy - so basically was told I'm stuck with item after hours on phone with 3 vendors

I ordered hair clipper blades on the walmart site with isave seller and I was suppose to receive them within a week, it's been two weeks and I still haven't got them! When I track the order it just keeps telling me that they were at a facility of usps about a hundred miles from my home. I will never order from walmart.com again. I will never order through iSave again. Horrible service!! I gave it one star because finding what I wanted and ordering it was easy. Getting what you ordered and paid for already is the hard part!
fantastic to find a rare cellphone battery and then at such a great price (compared to the competition!) have it sent out free and in just a few days! received in perfect condition...and now I have my cell phone back and working better than ever! good job Walmart.
No easy way to return. I spent almost as much returning the items as I did paying for it. I don't think I'll be ordering from this seller or Walmart again..too many issues. with delivery and product quality.
Absolute worst ever! I will never order from you or Walmart again.
