Selling junk product through Walmart market place

I ordered lighted twigs, got them and they weren't right, so I returned them thru Walmart. I received my receipt and the company received the return on Feb. 19, 2020. I am still waiting for my refund, and can't get hold of anyone. It has been a month, and no communication at all. It is not the end of the world, but it is my money, not theirs. This will never happen again. You can't give less than one star or I would.

I ordered 3 months ago vinyl which is decorated and can be placed in windows.

I am still waiting!! Wrote 4 times and no response... I want a refund !

If the item does not have a problem, you need to return the item to our own warehouse, in addition, we are afraid that you need to pay for the return postage and 20% restocking fee.

That was them a WHOLE MONTH LATER!!!!...don’t do it people...the material is cheap and I was shipped used cake stands....it’s not worth the headache...I’m just going to clean it up and sell it forward because I refuse to stay with this item.

I ordered from this company on Walmarts website. I did not receice what I ordered and have contacted the company about the problem 3 times with no response. I have received no help from Walmart either. This company is a SHAM!!! DO NOT ORDER from them unless you want to waste your money.

All of the above reviews are correct. Don't buy anything from this company. Order wallet 1/10/2020. 1st wallet was never received. They said they were sending a 2nd wallet to replace lost wallet. It is 1/17/2020. No responce when 2nd wallet will be received. Believe the above reviews.

Still waiting on response from company. I ordered a fairy garden planter off Walmart website The box was smashed and product entirely broken in small pieces and unusable. Product wasn't bubble wrapped or protected for shipping...just a broken pot in a box. I wish I would have read reviews first, I wouldn't have ordered.

Don't understand all the negative reviews for Invech Inc. I ordered a 12" wooden glow in the dark wall clock on Jan.13th,2020 thru Walmart.It said my order would arrive by 1/24/2020.It arrived on 1/18/2020.We have it on our wall in the kitchen.The clock is quite attractive and glows at night nicely.We are very happy with the clock,the only problem I had was with the tracking.It kept saying it couldn't find an order with the number they gave to track it.

Although we haven't had the clock very long,so far we are pleased with the way it looks and operates.I wouldn't have a problem recommending this company to anyone.

I just purchased the bamboo charcoal bags, but after reading the views, I hope I don't regret this. I just purchased a mop bucket from another company that sent me used equipment.

Do not order anything from this company., especially through Walmart. There customer service sucks. They will not give you your full refund on the items you purchased just an convenience fee.

You can’t give ZERO stars. I ordered a pet wheelchair for my pet, there was no accurate sizing for the product, just said one size in the description on the page. It showed up and clearly was meant for a dog that weighs less than 5 pounds. Requested a refund and told me it would cost me postage and 20% or they would give me 13 dollars. The product was 86. Just wow.

Please note that if you attempt to return an item to this seller, you are told that there will be a 20% restocking fee plus shipping cost. At the same time, they will deduct the 20% restocking fee from the price of the item, offer you the balance of the restocking fee, and then tell you to keep the item. It is my opinion that this seller has already included the amount in the price that will be offered in the event a customer wish to return it. Basically, they have already worked the return offer in the price of the item and have no intention of accepting a return. So, they are not losing any money by letting you keep the item rather than return it. The restocking and shipping fees are to discourage the buyer from wanting to return it. You are still paying for the item even if you are told to keep it. Deceptive business practice.

I bought an Item 5.5 lbs 18x14x17 to return. I paid $39.92 (plus tax). 1st they offered me $7 refund and keep the products. Then, it was $17. After I did the shipping computation from USPS website, I would have to pay $18.75. So, I emailed back the seller that I will accept $20 and I'll donate the item. I'm a business person too, so I know it will be a lost to them, so I am willing to split the lost. Haven't heard from them yet.

I ordered the Meigar King Size Comforter Set on 12/18/19 and received on 12/24/19. What arrived are sheets and pillowcases not a comforter and pillow shams. Walmart stated that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get a refunded my $49.35 spent for this item. Invech Inc., You should be ashamed of yourself for false advertising and Walmart for allowing your customers to be scammed by such nonsense. Needless to say I will never purchase from your company again.

Where is my dam order!! I am waiting on two food warmers that was supposed to be delivered on 12/19. No product. Order placed on 11/29.

Most uncomfortable and absolute horrid experience from this company.

They sent me the wrong color and then said for me to return it I would have to pay for shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

They would not even give me their address. Said it would be emailed to me. Still waiting. They even told me to keep the item and they would credit my card for $5.00. The item cost me $40.00. What a scam this place is. Never ever place an order thru this company. They don't even deserve a one star.

The instructions are not in English. No contact information in box either.
