I ordered a mower belt from Wal-Mart and I got a belt from this company and it is way too long. Now they say I cant return it because it's been too long.

I ordered filters for my humidifier. I wet it before putting it into the humidifier, like I've done many times before (with other brands), but this filter deteriorated right before my eyes. It seemed as though the material was made with biodegradable toilet paper or worse. I'll never order from this company again. What a waste of time and money.

The worst don’t buy anything from Infinisia worthless sacks is shit company, why Walmart would deal with them is a dumb move anyway, I’ll wait a few days more to see what happeneds then going to Walmart for a full refund and all the time I waisted I should get something for that also - my rating - 0

42" mower deck belt as delivered was about 2" too long. Returning to Walmart immediately.

The icemaker I ordered came with an adapter cable which could not connect with the icemaker because of incorrect connector gender. The icemaker and the refrigerator end of the adapter were correct, but Infinisia wanted to jerk me around with model numbers and photos and explanations until they finally claimed "this" (whatever 'this' is) was incompatible with my model. Their mistake was not checking their cable before shipping, and now they want it returned at my expense with various threats of refusal for shipping and refund. They know how to make it diffcult to get anything else out ot them when they make a mistake. I've now seen a lot of their similar reviews and I wish they could be banned from walmart.com, because so many other people may shop there on an assumption of a good reputation of walmart. I want my one star to actually equal a zero star.

Save your money you don't get what you pay for one star to high

I ordered an engine air filter for my 2004 Toytoa Corolla LE. This particular filter indicated that it would fit my vehicle. Not so. I reached out to the company to try and resolve the issue. I was asked to furnish the model number of the part which I was happy to do but after the third email going back and forth and their latest request for me to furnish a picture of my vehicle I finally gave up. Do they think I'm such and idiot that I don't know what type of car I drive? Anyway, each email was sent by a different customer service rep. It felt like they were having fun with this and doing nothing but trying to frustrate me. I simply asked for a refund. I was asked to reach out to this company rather then directly through Walmart since it's an affiliate. Never again. I finally went back on the Walmart site and did a direct refund. If I could give this company a no star rating I would. I finally ran up to my local Autozone and purchased an engine filter that fit. Paid double the money but willing to do this to avoid the hassle plus I don't get treated like an idiot.

Simply a terrible company. Customer service non-existent. Received two appliance bulbs; both had broken filaments. No help received.

Where is the camera battery ordered from Walmart marketplace? Order #3962075-950533. I should have looked on this website and seen how poorly this company is. Please respond about this issue at my email address above.

Bought a replacement part for dryer via Walmart.Paid for fast shipping,was supposed to arrive April 1st, got it April 6th. Arrived damage, ask for refund via Walmart April 8th,no news from Infinisia,difficult to contact Walmart.Nothing solve .Don't buy from them, poor Walmart customer service

I bought (2) NB-5L batteries, to have spares for my Canon camera to be used on a rafting vacation that would have limited charging capability. They came charged up but the charge only lasted about 20% as long as the original Canon battery that was already well past its original long life. The battery packaging claims to have a lifetime warranty. One does not even take a charge after about (4) charging cycles and the other lasts about (10) photos worth of power. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHINESE MADE RIP-OFFS! When I contacted the seller (now Infinisia.com) they told me I have to send the originals back, which would cost me about $1.00 US mail fee, but I would have to pay their S &H fee of $8.00. I'm pretty sure that's a major source of their revenue. Again, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CHINESE-MADE BATTERIES.

I sent for a replacement microwave glass turntable plate for my Rival microwave I purchased from Walmart and it was sent to me improperly packed and smashed. I have had no success with either its website or telephone numbers to register a customer complaint. All I want to do is have one shipped from them so that it won't be broken in the mail.
