bought a fan off ebay from them that was advertised as new. no missing parts GUARANTEED in their headline. We hired a licensed electrician to install it, then he gets to the appointment and their fan was a store return that was missing parts ,someone had gotten what htey wanted out of it, returned it and this company sold it to us. I paid almost $200 for it. We tell the seller about the issue, they do offer to send us a new part but by the time they responded the electrician had went and bought the missing part to get the fan hooked up. Once it was installed, it only partially worked. We told the seller about the issue, and told them we wanted to return it. The y accepted the return. AT NO POINT DID THEY TELL ME THEY WOULD ONLY BE REFUNDING PART OF MY MONEY! I get a partial 50% refund with no explanation. I message to ask why and get no response. THEY SELL FAULTY INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS THEN TAKE HALF YOUR MONEY!! CROOKS !

To be honest, the company mailed the product without delay and if the product received was what I thought I ordered I would be leaving five stars instead of one. I ordered a ceiling light that was listed as brushed nickel. I expected same. What I received was a light that was flimsy metal that was actually brushed with a nickel color finish. The company's policy stated that all returns had to be done within 30 days. I didn't do that as we were remodeling and were not ready to hand the light until 60 days later. To be honest, the company did not have to accept my return. However, I hoped the company would stand by their merchandize and if what I received was not what was listed then they should honor the return. Also, the product was listed at $24.95. They said they would accept the return if I paid the shipping charges plus the eBay fee. These totaled $20+. So is this really a return? I don't think so. The company prides itself on 100% positive feedback though if you look at the reviews you can see that some buyers reversed their reviews after working with the seller. So much energy for so little return. Such a shame. While I do admit there are many people who are happy with what they got and that is fine, nothing is all bad. My experience, however, was less than stellar and it should be noted. Please be careful what you order and make sure that it is exactly what you want. If not, return within the proscribed timeframe. Otherwise, you will not be treated with compassion and understanding.
