Very poor customer service. They substituted another item for what I ordered . Then they refused to give me a return authorization number. They wanted me to send them a picture of what I got, but it was already boxed up for return. No matter what I got, they should have accepted a return if I wanted to return it. Terrible experience.
Made an order never received it
Bought Two items as a gift to a relative and I received the items broken and after 4 days they can’t replace the items ... terrible experience
