Their contact information including business name, phone number, address and email are unavailable. If a seller is not responding to customer service, returns, refunds and other issues contact Walmart.com

I recently purchased a laptop for a Christmas gift. HP delivered the wrong laptop (a very cheap laptop) and is completely non-responsive to my communication. Now I have a terrible laptop that doesn't meet my needs. While Walmart will allow me to return the laptop and get my money back, I simply want to receive the laptop that I ordered. I have called and chatted online with HP customer service reps and they have all stated that they aren't able to help with Walmart Marketplace orders, and they don't know who to refer me to. I have tried to use the 'contact seller' feature through Walmart, after 72 hours I typically receive a response that doesn't address my issue & then there is no way to follow up with HP to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend NEVER purchasing ANY HP products through Walmart marketplace!!!
