Cost me a 35% return fee to get a refund since the description on Amazon wasn’t what showed up. Do not order from this company on Amazon. They do not value customer service. Found the correct item at Home Depot for half of what they were charging.
Damaged item not replaced or shipped after 8 days, no correspondence sent either.
They set us a defective item and still have not replaced it or have a refund! Terrible service. Please do not do business with them.
How Plumb is awesome. I had a damaged order and they actively accessed the damage and replaced it cheerfully without any hassle. Thank you "Howplumb"! I will be buying from you again!
