Ordered a sweatshirt for my nephew. Washed it once with cold water didn't dry it and it shrunk. When I reached out to tye compnay they requested I get pictures of the sweatshirt with measurements. Don't buy from them. They do not stand behind their products
Terrible to do business, don't care about customers once they have your money
Do not order from this store unless you are absolutely sure of your size. They will not take exchanges. I can understand a no-refund policy, but to refuse an exchange speaks volumes for the company ethics.
Great after the holiday sweaters… suggest it’ll be delivered but then explain it’ll be delivered days after your holiday event. Bad business
