I ordered a Batman party decoration kit for my son's birthday....Items were missing. Then, they sent me a plain blue tablecloth that was supposed to be a Batman tablecloth

I paid for a ps5, play station 5. Refurbished w/free shipping paid for it they was suppose to email my order number to me never got it and it's been over 2-weeks now, an when I contact them they ask for my email I'll give it to them and they never herd of me, so now what?? I can't send this unless I finish filling it out, here is 1-star and that's 3 to many

First time I ever purchased an item from a criminal online. I bought a canon printer and edible ink package from this company. The print head stopped working about a month after purchase. I opened a support case with Canon, they stated that they don't honor warranties on printers that use edible ink. But what really shocked me was that when I read the serial number to them, they stated that the serial number wasn't theirs's, it was altered. I contacted hot deals and they said they didn't alter it, but who am I to believe, canon or a shady reseller. I then asked them if they would replace the print head since they sold it as a package, and there response was "NO, your 30 day window to return has just expired". So I now have a $300.00 paperweight that I used for one week.

This is the worst place to order from. I ordered something that was stated to be delivered on a certain date. I had a party to plan and it would have been perfect to have my order by the time they stated. The date came and went and no updates to where my order was. Not there fault for that but it is their fault that they did not even ship my item until the date they said it would be delivered. Returned the item because it was delivered after the party I needed it for and I still have not yet received my money. Sent an email asking where it was at and didn't get a response back. Do not recommend this company what so ever.

I bought a Sony Stereo system called "Sony All In One Stylish Micro Music Stereo System with Wireless Streaming NFC (Near Field Communications), Bluetooth, USB, CD player & AM/FM tuner + Remote + Aux Cable + HeroFiber" sold by Hot deal electronics from Walmart website on 07/08/20. but it was a fraud item, because Sony does not have such kind model. furthermore, the function of the item was poor. for example, non of 20 preset channel FM/AM worked. So that, I had to request return and refund by sending message from Walmart website. but there was no any response from Hot deal electronics. Meanwhile, I sent email to Walmart, no any response either.

from the case we can see the following facts: Hot deal electronics used Walmart web platform to sell fraud item and Walmart makes money by providing the platform to these bad merchants. they use each other to make money, but hurt customers' benefit.

Do Not Buy Anything From Them

Packages arrived damaged due to careless shipping practices.

Just received by package. very dissapointed to find the wrong product has been shipped...

I was not shipped 2 medium sized boxes and 4 yes 4 heavy duty packing tape. I wouldn't mind being reimbursed for the above. I gave you one star because it arrived on the 10th. The other star is for what was sent.
