Hooray Your Store is Trash!!! They don't ever answer the phone or return calls and when you get someone via email, after you explain the whole situation in response to their initial email, they then ask again what the issue is. Like ground hog day!!! Absolute Joke!!! No Warranty at all, they are ghost. Buyers BEware!!!
I ordered a Samsung tablet for my brother. Upon arrival the tablet did not work and still have not received word. Not a good company. Making sure the BBB hears about this.
I ordered a PS4 and had to pay the only option of 2-day shipping which was an extra $160. In tracking the package the shipment says delivered but never came as I was by the door all day and the package is much too big to be left in a mailbox locker. Upon calling every day, I was refunded the shipping cost but it's been 5 days and I haven't received a WORD back on where the hell my over $600 order is. Hooray Store has not done much to reach out and assure me that they are trying to track down my package. I have spoken to UPS and THEY have opened an investigation to help find it. This item is sold out everywhere and being sold twice the amount of the retial price so I thought I was getting a deal here. I hope if all else I just can get by money back and just wait to buy it from another store, and I will be warning any who try to by from this seller about the awful delivery service and customer service.
Walmart should disengage from this seller.
Ordered a Christmas present and the person already had one today so I tried to return to this store and they refused because I ordered outside of 30 days. The person only got it today for a Christmas present.
Bad customer service.
Purchased a Philips Diamond Clean Toothbrush. It arrived with damaged product casing inside the box (the outside box was undamaged, therefore I assumed it would be ok). The toothbrush lasted only about 2-1/2 months before the electronic mechanism inside the brush handle seem to break loose and the toothbrush stopped working. I emailed The Hooray Store and have not received any reply regarding reimbursement for this item. This item was too expensive to have failed so quickly. Very unhappy with the Hooray Store for their lack of communication and resolve of this issue.
