I brought a loveseat cover from home sweet home dreams inc 6-30-22,I sent email to Walmart. Com who's web site I purchased from I've reached out to home sweet home dreams inc 12 times asking for a refund on product I received 7-6-22 and the company sent email stating that was the product ordered, I have informed them tha loveseat cover doesn't fit, so I made a complaint to the BBB and they stated the company doesn't back there product, I hope people read this complaint and not waste there time and monday, and Walmart. Com claims there web site sells product from a 3rd party and will not help with finding a resolution on the issue

Early Dec. 2021 I ordered 2 sets of 2 pillows and one box arrived with-in reasonable time frame. However, I ordered 2 sets and paid for two sets. After trying to call their customer service (which is not working) I emailed them explaining order number, all details and asked for refund of one set and half shipping. So far nothing, now even an "up yours". Everything I look at on Croupon now, I google the supplier of items, check out ratings and forget it after review. MOST of Croupon's suppliers suck, a gradual change over several years, even they won't respond. This entire "on line" crap is getting riskier every day. Stone and mortal more reliable even if less convenient. Anyhow, Home Sweet Home Dreams are more haunted and sour, stay away.

BEWARE! The absolute worst! I accidentally ordered the wrong size sheets the end of April. Sent them back for exchange or refund. Said they couldn't exchange. As of today (August 12), I still do not have a refund. However, on August 10, I did get an email saying they would refund me with a 20% "restocking fee". After 10 calls to WalMart.com and stupid responses from Sweet Homes Sweet Dreams saying things like you did order the wrong size and sending me a link to re-order the right size when they wouldn't even refund me for the sheets I returned. THEN, I get an email saying they are refunding me $43.53. My purchase was $106.28; in my world a 20% "restocking fee" would be $21.25, so my refund would be $85.03. Also, to Wal-Mart.com for not doing anything to help, all I received from the 10 calls to them was "so sorry you have had this problem and you will receive the full refund in 48 hours". Nope! No refund. BIG FAT ZERO RATING for Sweet Home Sweet Dreams but I had to choose 1.

Terrible company! Reflects poorly on Walmart too. These people offered absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE assistance when my shipment was shown as delivered but I never received it. Over and Over I requested that someone call me so we could resolve this matter and no one ever called. Still working on getting my money back since my order never arrived. I am not going to be out over $100 because they refused to take responsibility. I am one UNHAPPY customer. I would rather rate them at zero stars but that option was not available.

Why only 1 pillowcase in queen set. States 2 pillowcases. looks like crap without matching pillowcases

These are flat, low quality pillows. We are very disappointed with them and want to return them. I've asked for return information, but have not received a response. We will not buy online from Walmart Marketplace again for our business if this isn't resolved quickly.
