My granddaughter bought me a lift chair from Homall after 2 weeks the left arm started to break off as well as the left side of back. She contacted them right away but they do not want to do anything she paid $700. This is the worst company ever. It’s a shame they have no regrets how they treat people. They will have to answer some time!!!

I was given a brand new lift recliner by my grandchildren, I only had the chair for a short time and I noticed the left side was breaking down, it was still in warranty but the Homall company will not respond the kids paid a lot of money and this is the help they get NOTHING!!! This is so wrong I will never say a good word about Homall!!!!!

Been waiting on delivery for a week already have fed ex tracking num and they still not shipped to fed ex after this I won’t deal with them anymore

I purchased a patio set from Homall and my experience in dealing with this company has not been good.

First, my order was needlessly lost and after a series of back and forth via e-mail with company representatives, the misplaced order was reshipped.

Second, I asked the Homall customer representatives to remove the shipping cost because of delays and inconvenience, but I was told that the company couldn't refund the shipping cost. Again, after a series of back and forth with aftersales folks, they still refused to credit me with the shipping charges. Instead, they finally relented and offered me a vague $10 discount, which is insulting and unresponsive.

Third, e-mails from Homall have been unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns and apathetic in general. Homall should have customers service employees who can deal properly with customer concerns and Walmart should make sure its sellers are doing what is right and being responsive to customers.
