I have no words to describe the tree I bought. We put it together and then put it back in the box and returned it to Walmart.
I bought a 6.5ft Madison Pre lit tree and the middle section isn't working. There is a 2year warranty on the box that I'm trying to utilize. I cant find the correct number to get a refund. I keep getting the run around from Walmart and Holiday time. SMH very disappointing!
I purchased a 6ft. Fabric santa from Walmart. The head is missing and I can't locate where to get a head. I paid 119.00 for a headless santa.
Bought 2 of your outside 5 foot pixel trees and 1 of them will not light up. The star at the top does but none of the rest does. Any suggestions on what to check to get it to light up? To expensive to not work
I bought a tree and I'm super disappointed and pissed, it's the worst Charlie Brown tree I've ever seen. Picture shows it's thick and it is not. I go with fake trees to help keep the real ones from being cut. I want a tree u can't see through. I'm not even setting this tree up in my house it's going back to the store
Wow. No words to explain this tree except for horrible. Looks nothing like the picture at all. Very disappointed
