I ordered from this seller and the order was cancelled without explanation. I never received a reason for the cancellation, and when I followed up through Amazon's messaging system to ask what happened, I received no response at all. Subsequent inquiries also went unanswered.
When the seller did eventually reply, the response was dismissive. I was told to purchase the item from a different seller instead. That was the extent of the customer service I received on an order they had accepted and then cancelled.
I'd caution other buyers to factor this in: an order with this seller may be cancelled after you've placed it, and if it is, you should not count on getting an explanation or a response to follow-up questions. For a high-value purchase, that lack of communication matters—a cancellation can cost you a price or a unit that isn't available later.
I returned a television that would change channels on it own. I got a $40.60 refund, the tax on my purchase! Nearly $600 restocking fee! Not a word from Heartland have I heard!!! Amazon has not heard a word either! Thankfully Capital One has more integrity!
