I purchased a Daiwa Felicity Foot Massager ($159) from Walmart on June 13, '21. On August 6th while using the machine it suddenly started making such a loud clatter that it is was unusable. On contacting Walmart as well as Health and Wellness, I was told 'Sorry... send it to us at your own expense and we will service it for $49.00'. Thanks, but no thanks... for $49.00 plus shipping I can buy a product that doesn't quit working after only a month and a half. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Walmart (or Wellness and Fitness) and/or purchasing any Daiwa products in the future.
