Bait and Switch. They advertise 3M vacuum cleaner bags show pictures, then send generic brand not nice ones. They are absolutely aware of what they are doing. They do it on purpose to hope people will keep or can not return. Bad apples

Ordered an item from them on December 6, 2020 and received notification the item shipped December 7th. As of the morning of December 20, 2020 the USPS the item still shows awaiting accepts by the US Postal System. Ordered the same item from Amazon on December 18th. It is showing arriving today, December 20th.

And yet they told me twice the order was shipped. Totally unsatisfactory service. Order #6122086-547489

Walmart did not have the replacement filters for the Bissel 3 in 1 vacuum that we purchased there. (!) Very frustrated because I don't consider a vacuum disposable and filters need to be replaced at some point. So I found filters on line through Walmart. Apparently it was from HDD liquidators but the return label on the package said B & M Housewares, 544 Park Ave #120, Brooklyn NY 11205. I received 3 filters that were supposed to be the correct type and size for my vacuum. The filter didn't fit. The top arching side of it was smaller so the filter wouldn't stay in place. Would not work. HDD liquidators do NOT take returns. I would have been happy to exchange. I'm not happy about this especially since I could use the money for food. I just wanted to keep home as clean as possible.

This was an absolute FIASCO... I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HDD LIQUIDATORS AGAIN... The item shown on-line is what I ordered, however, this is NOT what I received... The Kirby bag is Green, my Kirby bag is Blue... Item ordered was Genuine Kirby Style F HEPA Filtration Vacuum Bags for ALL Sentria Models... However, the (2) packages that I received DOES NOT mention anywhere on packaging that it's HEPA Filtration, therefore, I immediately contacted Kirby who confirmed that if it DOES NOT SAY HEPA, it's NOT HEPA... These bags should never have been sent to me... Therefore, I requested a FULL credit, which was a joke, I was asked to return them to Walmart, Walmart would not take any return items due to the COVID-19 pandemic, when Walmart lifted the return items policy, I was pass the deadline... What a total waste of time and energy... If only HDD Liquidators had sent what I ordered on-line... ONE OUT OF FIVE STARS... I GIVE NO STARS...

My ordef was or 6 vacuum bags and received two and not the ones that I ordered. Not worth getting sick returning them.

Extremely dishonest and shady. Stay Away! Ordered genuine Hoover Type Y vacuum bags on 3/27/20. Credit card was charged on 3/28/20 and shipping label was created with USPS with estimated delivery of 4/8/20. Deadline passed. Emailed HDD Liquidators and they said it was delay for another week. Another week came and went and USPS still have NOT received the package. Contacted them again on 4/17/20. They said that they had issued a refund but they will send the items anyway. They instructed me to write "Rejected, Return to Sender" on the package and give it back to USPS. A package arrived on 4/20/20 from "B&M Housewares." Well, USPS did not accept the return without a new prepaid shipping label. I had to accept it and open it out of curiously. It was Filtrete filters not Hoover vacuum bags. I have no use for it and emailed them for a return shipping label. They claim it was my fault for opening the package that's why USPS did not accept the package back. NOT True. Dishonest selling practice using different seller names.

I received a full refund today for the item I received , having been lucky enough to communicate with a representative of the company who understood my situation

and allowed me to keep the useless bags as well, rather than pay to ship them back. After almost a month of stress over the whole transaction gone awry, I am relieved to have been granted a satisfying outcome. I still would steer clear of this outfit, though, and not do business with them again. One fair and decent person amidst a group of scoundrels is not enough.

Based on the photo and description they posted on ebay, I bought a box of Hoover HEPA Y vacuum cleaner bags for use in making masks against COVID-19. The package took 3 weeks to arrive, and the product they sent was actually an inferior substitute from Filtrete. Based on other customers' reviews here, this looks like their normal pattern of deception. In their correspondence they sound reasonable, but I would caution you against trusting this outfit to provide what you are looking for.

Ordered 2 packages of Hoover Type Y HEPA vaccuum bags and got 2 packages Type Y Allergen Filtration bags. These were to be used to make COVID-19 masks.

Now will haves to wait 2- 3 weeks for return and exchange. I needed them ASAP!

I ordered Eureka bags for my vacuum they had a picture of the bag that EUREKA vacuum bags come in but when I got the package it was some no name brand. I called Walmart customer service and told them. They e-mailed me a shipping label to my e-mail and Im GETTING refunded and I'm sending these bags back to these scammers!! I order stuff through Walmart a lot but I'm going to look elsewhere if they let anyone use their name.

I ordered a Eureka style R vacuum belt through Walmart. It was supposed to come from HDD. Also it was to be a genuine part made in the USA. Instead it came from B and M in a plain wrapper an was made in Italy. It broke within seconds or using it. I don't know whose fault this is (Walmart's or HDD for changing to B and M).

This place is a joke. They do not give a phone number ,so you can not talk to a human being,and they think they have the right stuff, but when you try to return it,you can't unless you have a printer and can print their label. I don't have a printer so I am stuck with something that I can not use and out the money for it.

Will not be doing business with them again. Order was a week late, and that was after I contacted Walmart to find out where my order was.

Seems it took way too LONG to get from them to the USPS place which by the way are in the same town. Package was labeled and set for pickup on the Mar 5th

and I was given a USPS tracking number. No movement on tracking until I contacted Walmart. Walmart told me I would be getting an E-mail from HDD within 24 hours Here it is a week later and no E-mail.

HDD Liquidators does NOT sell what they advertise!

I ordered Shop-Vac brand high efficiency filters (90671) and received an unpackaged, no-name knock-off.

I use the Shop-Vac filters for drywall dust pick-up and won't risk killing my vacuum by using these very suspect filters.

VERY disappointed in Walmart for fronting these crooks!

I ordered a Dyson DC 25 hose. It got here in 3 days and it fit perfectly. Thank you!
