The flood my inbox with no less than 4 spam emails every friggin day, despite I never did business with them (I'm in Germany!). Trying to contact them through Google (I don't click links in spam!) about it leads to a blank page. What a catastrophic, scammy, spammy and aggressive marketing is this? Do they really think "hey, lets spam some guy in whateverland, he sure will throw all of his money at us!"? Never do business with people THAT stupid!
I ordered a set of SIX double walled plastic 22oz tumblers with lids through Walmart.com. What was sent by hayneedle was a set of FOUR plastic double walled tumblers WITHOUT LIDS PLUS A FLIPPING PITCHER!!! HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP? The picture of what is in the box is ON THE BOX!!! Contacted Walmart.com, they email hayneedle -there’s nothing Walmart.com can do about a third party seller. Walmart then tells me hayneedle will be in contact with me within 48 hrs. YEAH RIGHT!! AFTER I CALLED HAYNEEDLE MULTIPLE TIMES, EMAILED THEM MYSELF A FEW TIMES ——- A BIG FAT NOTHING HAPPENED!! Waste of my time and money!! Hayneedle is a flipping joke!! then had to waste MORE of my time and money on gas that happens to be $3.50/gallon! To take the crap back to Walmart. Then, Walmart couldn’t find the damn order!!! They said the computer was saying the item had already been returned??? What the??? If I could get away with giving ZERO STARS I WOULD BUT I’M FORCED TO AT LEAST GIVE ONE
I ordered a double over double bunk bed. I hired someone to carry the bunk bed in, unpack it and assemble. At that point, damage was discovered, and the handy man left. I contacted Hayneedle and was told I had to repackage the item and carry it out to the porch. I told them I was a senior woman and was unable to do this. The response was—well, that’s your problem. They have stopped responding to my emails. Still trying to get my $ 2,000 back and damaged bed and cartons out of my house.
Sent me the wrong item. Went to return the item to Walmart. The item was seasonal, and bought it late last summer. Just opened it last weekend, found out it was the wrong part. Walmart refused to refund my return because it was past return policy even thought the item was brand new, never used. Called 1-800Walmart, and they are supposed to send an email to Hayneedle , and he is to credit my charge card, and email a pre paid return mailer to send back the item. I will send back as soon as I see the credit in my statement.Trying to play nice in the sandbox.
