The company failed to respond to my request to return the item, so I give it 1 star. If I was rating Walmart, I would give them 5 stars, since they went out of their way to resolve the situation.
I've been trying to return a skirt I bought since it doesn't fit. The email you receive says that they will contact you in one day. It's been over a week with no follow up. I had to put in another request. Not sure if that will do anything either but it's worth a try. The skirt was fairly cheap and I didn't expect very high quality but if I can't even wear it I expect to be able to get a refund or even an exchange. Is it really that hard???
tried to cancel my order instead they shipped it out. Will never order from the again. the 1 star rating is an overstatement.
I don't even want to give them a star, if I could I would give them no stars. I had received a cool board for my laptop as a gift and I used it for a few weeks and it just stopped working the next day. It even says that the life on it has 100 thousand hours on it. Its not rechargeable at all. DO NOT ORDER from this place if you don't want a product that doesn't work.
Do not order from them. They do not respond to you if you need to return an item.
If I was able to rate this vendor market a zero, I would. Please avoid this vender at all cost. I recently bought a treadmill for a large sum and upon receiving it, the cords were ripped and the motor cover were broken. I contacted this vendor and because the outside damaged were so broken and disappointing, I wanted a return since I did not know what internal damaged it may have endured. The representative offered to send me replacements and expected me to fix it on my own. I declined and in response she offered the replacement along with $60. I addressed to her I did not want the replacement and then she finally allowed me to get a refund IF I paid to ship the item back to them. The shipping would had cost me $200. I would be initially be only getting back less than what I paid for. They are unprofessional. I followed all protocol and procedures and yet they decline my refund UNLESS I paid for the shipping back. Their policy clearly states they produce brand new product; which is clearly a lie. The representative then offered for me to keep the broken treadmill with no replacement and they will reimburse $200. This vendor is inconsistent with their return policy and will try anything to make sure they reap the benefit of the situation. DO NOT ORDER from this place.
I would put 0 star if I could. They sent me broken product and would not give me a return.
