I ordered from this company thru Walmart’s web site. I never received the items($700) and neither Walmart nor this seller are responsive. Do not purchase from either seller.

SCAM! Same as all others never got it but they took my $$ and zero response to emails!

Harpax is a total scam. We ordered a $30 basketball for our son for Christmas. The package went to the wrong address. We tried to get this problem resolved to no avail. They won't return emails. The phone number given is not a working number. 0 rating for these scammers

THIS HARPAX LLC SUCKS!! FAKE, SCAMMER,ETC. WHY DOES WALMART DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. SUPPOSEDLY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED<THEN REDELIVERED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS< I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE!!!

I ordered from them at the end of November 2021. It said that my package was delivered by USPS on 12/11, but I did not receive it. I sent messages to Walmart.com 3 times & it said that Harpax would respond within 48 hours. It's been 2 weeks & haven't received the package or even heard from them. I RATE THEM A 0!

I ordered an item from them and they said that it was delivered when I was at home raking leaves in my front yard. I'm at a loss to understand how Walmart still does business with them. It took three calls to Walmart to receive a refund. (They did not refund the sales tax-not sure why). I wish I would have read the reviews before doing business with them. Zero stars.

This company is a scam! You people don’t know how to run a legit business. I hope karma catches up with you. You all suck!

This place is a rip off and Walmart allows them to continue to steal from customers. Walmart knows they do not ship products but let's them stay as sellers on their site to rip off their customers. Walmart has stopped low. I contacted fed ex they opened an investigation. I'm also reporting to police , the bbb and will seek out media. This is absolutely theft and Walmart allows it.

This company is a rip-off. Please do not buy from them. I have had the same problem as others. Order was supposedly delivered but I didn’t get it.

This is the worst place to order from never got my package saidnthatbit was delivered to my door never made it to my door. Calle walmart and they refunded me back money NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I order these people they are scammer please be careful

Like so many others reported item as delivered but it wasn't received. Took 5 calls to Walmart to get a refund, after Harpax did not respond as they were supposed to. Then Harpax popped up and said they'd send it again even though I had asked for a refund because I had gone to plan B on the item ordered. I will never order anything through Harpax again, ever

Do not buy from this company! Total rip off and scam. Ordered a scooter, took my money and said was delivered. Never received it. This was on the first of November. Said it was delivered on the 8th. NOPE! Just stole my money! Will not answer emails or phone. Can I give less than a one?

Same company did me the same as everyone else but it was a different product. Called Walmart 3 times before I got a refund

ZERO STARS!!!! BUYER BEWARE. YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE, EVEN IF TRACKING SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE VIA USPS. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER OR SHIPPED VIA THE US POST OFFICE. THIS COMPANY GIVES OUT "FAKE" TRACKING CODES FOR USPS AND THEN USPS WILL LOOK UP YOUR NUMBER AND TELL YOU THAT YOU JUST GOT SCAMMED AS THERE HAVE BEEN NUMERUS ISSUES OF THIS TYPE BY WALMART SHIPPERS USING US POSTAL SERVICE AS OF LATE. HORRIBLE!

I ordered a journal a month ago and they sent it to the entirely wrong address, afterwards I received a email a week ago saying they would send me updated tracking number and fix their mistake and I have yet to hear anything else! There's no excuse for this..... Shipping items to buyers is literally the one thing y'all do and can't even get it right...... I'll trust McDonald's ice cream machine working before I ever let another package go through yall

Buyer beware......look at previous reviews. Seller likes to say they shipped product via USPS but it does not show up in system (informed delivery). Would give zero stars but not an option. Walmart should consider using different vendor...........
