DONT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS "COMPANY" THEY TAKE UR MONEY AND THEY TELL U UR ITEM IS STILL SHIPPING WHICH ITS NOT, AND WHEN U RECEIVE UR ITEM U HAVE TO PRAY ITS NOT MISSING PARTS OR BROKEN BECAUSE THIS COMPANY WILL TELL U TO DEAL WITH IT (AS IF U BROKE IT.) THEY WILL NOT HELP OR EVEN TRY TO HELP FIX THE ISSUE, THEY JUST TELL U ITS UR ISSUE U HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT, BUT HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING OVER $300. I cancelled my order and they shipped it early so they could have the sale anyway.

This company is liars and a joke they need to be shut down I ordered a ice maker off Walmart. Com that come from them they lied and said they didn't receive the item but I have the tracking number and date they received the item so it was billed back to my card everytime I call the number it says they are closed I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Ordered two keyboards on Walmart.com. The order was received in a timely manner, however it was the wrong item and now I cannot get the company to send me the correct item. When I purchased it the price was very low, I think maybe the ad was incorrectly placed, but it was there for several days. I debated on making the purchase and went online several times and viewed the product. Once I received the incorrect item I immediately contacted both Walmart and the seller. The seller immediately requested proof of my purchase. I complied sending the everything I had concerning the order. Each document contained a picture of the item along with a description. They immediately suggested a refund be issued. I replied stating I didn't want a refund, just send the items ordered. The latest reply for the seller is that the item is out of stock. The item is still showing available on Walmart' site, just at a much higher cost. To date neither Walmart or the seller has a response for why the item is still showing available on the site if it is out of stock. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IF HAPPY GIRL TRADING IS THE SELLER. I am giving them one star simply because I have to make a selection to submit my review. They deserve no stars!!!!

They are absolutely horrible to deal with. I bought a bike and the brakes and gears do not work. They told me to take it to a bike shop and have it looked over. The repair shop to me the brake are bad as well as the gears. Customer service is terrible. Back and forth with me on emails. I working on my forth email demanding a full refund. DO NOT bouy from them. I give zero stars but that’s not an option.

I received two tables, one had no bolts or instructions to put it together and the other table had instructions but was missing one bolt. I tried contacting the company but no answer. These tables were $100 a piece. No excuse for this!!!! Horrible experience! I rate a zero but no choice for that, I have to give one star.

I ordered a jewelry armoire from them it started falling apart soon after I got it, lucky for me a maintenance fix it for me. I will never order from them again, Walmart needs to remove them from the list of contractors.

Walmart needs to stop selling their products I got a 4 wheeler from them one of the tires started separating emailed them (they have no phone number to call) they wanted a picture of the problem I sent it 5 days later heard nothing from them their customer service sucks I give a score of 0 never again will I order anything from them

No way to speak to a person, only email correspondence. Returned two items on 4/7/21, it is now 5/4/21 and I have yet to see my refund or be able to have a conversation with a live person. Items purchased were not of good quality at all. Be very sure of what you are purchasing because you will catch Hell getting a refund.

I just got my patio furniture today and I put the table together was ready to put chairs together and i cannot do this. They sent me too many b parts yet no A parts to assemble my chairs so im left with no parts to get my chairs put together so im not sure what they are going to do but im kind of like man i made a bad decision

I ordered my item on November 28, 2020. I received an email stating that my item has been shipped on November 29, 2020. On December 1, 2020 they took the money from my account and now its December 22, 2020, it is still saying its on its way, but no item and Christmas is in just three days.

I have been waiting for my order for a month and they still didn't send it to me I call Walmart they contact them and they say they will send me a replacement because according to them my order was lost in traffic but when I contact FedEx they never ship the order this is unbelievable, Don't buy from them

Very happy with the product. The hair pin legs look great for my new bedside tables! But upon opening the 2nd box to put my 2nd table together, it was missing the hardware!! Need the screws & floor protectors to finish my project. Any way to get them???? Went to my local Wal-Mart they told me to call the number on the shipping info...to no avail can’t get anyone to answer the phone!! Please help

They took too long to ship the package and when it arrived it was missing parts. I emailed them to send me a replacement or cancel my order, send me a return label and refund me my money. Instead they sent me a replacement BUT WITHOUT THE SCREWS TO ASSEMBLE IT!!! Now I had two incomplete items! Unacceptable!!!!
