This is a scam company, excuses and non responses are their only answer to all request of order status or refund. BUYER BEWARE !!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with HALIFAX of NORTH AMERICA
First phone the numbers they list, you will find they are fake. Not the company numbers.
Second, they delivered an ADA Compliant Ramp I paid over one thousand dollars for and it was delivered to the side of the street and not my house. Or at least they say it was delivered....but not to my house. I have a driveway which is clearly marked, and a front door. But they claim it was delivered by a speed sign on an adjacent street. As a result I never received the ramp and we need it. I have sent them numerous emails asking they correct their mistake, they do not respond.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
THE worst experience I've ever had with purchasing an item online. 5+ weeks and still no item delivered. Tracking number would not even register with the shipping company (UPS). Halifax North was giving me excuses that the war was to blame for the delay in delivering the item. Kept telling me it would arrive in 48 hours. It had been weeks of this nonsense. The most unprofessional, unpleasant experience ever. I would never ever recommend using this company. Had to fight for weeks to get my refund. Not even sure how they are still in business.
