This is the absolutely worst company to order from, I don't understand how this company is still in business, I will never purchase from this company again, impossible to get a hold of someone. I purchased a 50" electric wall mount fireplace from this company and a week after I received it, it stopped working. I tried to take the item back to Walmart and they said since this item was purchased through a third party they couldn't take it back it had to go through the company Gymax and they are impossible to work with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We got the order. We are missing poles and hard to contact the office. Not very happy.
This has been the worstttttt online experience ever!! I purchased this set online May 26th via Walmart website. Delivery window was June 03rd - June 17th. On May 28th I received an email stating label created and my item was on the move. I contacted Walmart on June 06th who said, I needed to contact Gymax directly because I purchased an item from one of their third parties. On June 12th I followed up with Gymax and Walmart because when I check the status on my order, nothing had changed - "ship label created May 28th." On June 14th I sent follow emails to both Walmart and Gymax no reply, I called no one answer ( I stayed on the line for almost an hour) Its June 16th 2 PM EST shipment status remains the same. I'm on the line with Gymax waiting for the next available agent for the last 1.5 hours, Walmart Canada customer service lines are busy. . Disgusting customer service by both Walmart and Gymax. I'm sure getting a refund will be worst. Please consider alternatives before choosing to buy products from this company. You may receive this next summer!
The products they sell are cheap and ours arrived broken. they are refusing to refund us and we keep going back and forth with emails. I don't understand why Walmart.ca keep selling their junk on their website. We don't even have access to their return policy. We are now contacting our credit card company for fraud. Do not buy from them. What a mistake we've made.
I should have read the reviews. I bought a trampoline and it was missing many of the parts. I tried customer service but was on hold for hours. Emails do not go through. I agree with other reviewers, how is this company still in business? I will be reporting Gymax to the BBB. They don’t even deserve the 1 star.

I bought your Gymax rowing machine before reading the reviews. However, I have it, I put it together. But as the reviews said. the pistons are impossible to use. My handy oerson managed to install them but could not get them to pull out enough to be used. I think you need to send me new pistons that are a lot less stiff. The design is very poor. a piston needs to have airholes for it to work. I am not very happy with my purchase and wouldn't give you even one star!

Our granddaughters Mercedes ride on was purchased less then a month ago and this is her second time visiting since then so now it no longer starts. She rode it once and now we are having a 2 year old throw fits about her car. We charged it but still no lights..... nothing. What is the quickest way to get this resolved???
I ordered 4 patio chairs off of the Walmart website not realizing I was not ordering from Walmart. I did not know that third party vendors are on the Walmart website. WHAT A MISTAKE! I have emailed this company back and forth trying to get my money back from the first day I received these chairs because the seat wobbles. The best offer they have given me so far is $150.00 total return. I paid over $100 per chair!
I do not care how nice the furniture looks on the website, do not purchase from this company. They are horrible to work with. I can't understand why Walmart would keep a company with such terrible customer service on their website. Walmart, Not A Good Look for YOU.

The company sent me less items than what was indicated in my order. The company does not accept messages and calls. It looks like a SCAM.

We ordered a Gymax 10x13 canopy/gazebo very poor quality no instructions. The frame had kinks and the roof panel was so tight to fit on the seams tore. Extremely disappointed will never purchase a Gymax product again. Zero stars for sure. Totally junk!
I ordered a bassinet from them , it took forever to arrive, then it took me another hour to put it together, only to realize they sent the wrong parts! For a baby bassinet! NO safety. I contacted them after taking it apart and putting it back in the box, and they want pictures. I sent them pictures twice, they are still asking for pictures. Won't you see the crap you sent me when this returns to you ?!!! WORST customer service. Whozever this Hazel is, she needs to quit her job and stay home, maybe pick up knitting and get a couple cats.
