Very unprofessional, received my delivery late, but not only that I was suppose to have a 5 PC bedroom set as it was listed and they only got it as if I only bought a dresser....don't even have a customer service number to speak with them, everything is through email which is ridiculous!! I will never order here again
I purchased 3 patio chairs, not good quality I wanted to return, They are in original packaging and they are hasseling me. They will not send return labels. They are THieFS. Walmart of course is unable to really help. At this point I am going to dispute this on Visa. I know they will take care of it. There is no 0 so had to give the 1
Tried to return product to Walmart and Gymax on line. No luck! They keep your money and do not accept refunds. Very unprofessional!
I ordered this as a gift for a friend in Canada, it arrived in a different box not the original, and it is missing 3 peices and on piece is rusted.
I tried to call the seller, i got a long message and no one called back, I asked my friend to return it to nearest Wal-Mart.
I will never buy anything from this seller again.
Ordered a expandable gate. Received a set of nesting tables.
The back and forth with them just wasn't worth it. Explained several times that I received the wrong product, but continued to get emails asking what the issue was, was it damaged, was the box damaged etc. and to send pictures.
I'll eat the $35 and order from Amazon.
Another dissatisfied customer. Basically they took my money and never received the item. I tried to contact seller and their website does not even work. I had to contact Walmart after a week and they could not even contact them themselves. After reading the bad reviews I am surprised that Walmart would even deal with a company like this. I can't even say they have poor customer service because they have none. Being a great customer of Walmart I hope that they do right by me and return my money. It wasn't a donation it was a purchase.

Wow - I did not read the fine print. I have to pay a $20 shipping fee as well as a 20% restocking fee to return a $90 item. I will NEVER buy from Walmart's Marketplace again. You shouldn't either!
Horrible Expperience. I ordered on Walmart online and had no idea that it was being supplied via a third party company. After running to multiple Walmart stores, I was finally told that I needed to initiate the return process online. When that was not possible I spent close to an hour on the phone with a Walmart representative who had to contact GYMAX to see what could be done. Absolute waste of time will think twice about purchasing on Walmart again.
I did not realize Wal Mart was working with a third party until I needed to return this item. I don’t normally return things but the item came damaged and it was not really what I wanted when I saw it in person. Once I returned it Gymax decided to fight me on it and say they will not take it back. There was nothing on the wal mart site stating it could not be returned. I will be sure not buy anything from this third party again.
Bought a ventless fireplace from here. It is a peice of CRAP. Does not work right AT ALL. Cannot return it to the store or find contact info for the company, and have not had luck
i ordered 7 foot multi lite fiber optic christmas tree from this company , pluged it in and only part of it works. this would be a beautiful tree if the whole tree would work.now iam stuck without a tree for my grandson. i wont order anything else from this company my mother in law had a bad exprince to
I ordered a Fiber optic led lit Christmas tree on 11/27/18 they said order would be here 12/03/18. Just checked UPS tracking. It shows that it just shipped today on 12/03/18 with now a delivery date of 12/08/18 I wanted the tree up early with all my other decorations and am so disappointed with Gymaxllc 's slow order fulfillment. I would not have ordered from them if I had read all of these reviews. Over all I blame Walmart for having them under their name.
I thought I was ordering from Walmart. I didn’t know they had other retailers. I ordered two outdoor glass tables from them. Went to return them at Walmart and then that’s when they gave me a receipt with Gymax info on it. I emailed them saying l ordered the wrong size and I wanted to return them. They sent me an email saying if I would take $8 and hold on to the tables(that I have no use for) “How about $8 is that OK with you?” I told them no then they tried offering me $16 to keep the tables. That it would cost $20 for a shipping label. I don’t want to mess with these people anymore so I just said I would take the $16 and I have not heard back from them. Order straight from Walmart! You can pick the retailer you want to order from. Just say NO to this company!
Same mistake as I am reading all previous reviews, I thought I was buying from Walmart, I bought a 3 piece outdoor furniture but came incomplete, I am dealing with a Belinda and a Aimee , emails back and forth but nothing. Walmart is doing nothings since this is a third party. I don’t know what to do with this, And I can’t even return it. Pls, read reviews before buying from Gymax LLC. Don’t make my mistake unless You want to throw your money away.
this is the worse company trying to return an item.. they don"t care about the customer just money they can get from you... I can't believe that Walmart lets a company like this even on their app.i will never buy from Walmart again unless in comes straight from them no middle man....going to report them to the BBB..they shouldn"t even get a one star. they are way below that...BEWARE>>BEWARE<<<………………………...
I ordered a cat stand and have contacted the company 3 timea because it came missing a piece and no one is responding at all.
Bought a towel warmer. Parts missing. Tried to contact Gymax. They have a GMail address! What kind of company has a GMail address? They never got back to me! I am returning this! If there was a zero star, I would have entered that! I didn't even want to give it one star! If I don't get a credit for this product I am contacting the Attorney General's office.
I ordered a chair in late July through Walmart via Gymax. When the chair arrived, I could not install the legs of the chair to make them stable.. wobbly no matter how long we tried to tighten them. I went through the process of contacting the seller in order to begin a return/refund - for the last month and a half they have given me the run around. First, they needed the order number (understandable), then they wanted me to describe the issue (again, understandable) then they wanted a video of the issue... a little odd, but fine. Then I was told to contact them at a later date because they had to check with their warehouse (??). I emailed back frustrated and indicated that I just wanted the refund I was due. They told me they would send a return label in two business days.. never heard back. I contacted Walmart at this point to escalate this issue. They were helpful and I heard from the company again a couple days ago saying the same thing - they would send a return label in two business days. Again, they haven't. I am horribly disappointed that Walmart allows this company to continue selling products to customers, especially after seeing all the other awful reviews here. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I would give 0 stars if possible.
