Bought the Gymax 6ft trampoline in November as a Christmas present for my daughter. Went to put it together today and two of the poles that are supposed to fit together were manufactured incorrectly and they simply do not fit. Walmart says it's passed their 30 day return window, so my only recourse is through the manufacturer. I can't find a way to contact the manufacturer. I'm confused that there were so many positive reviews on the Walmart website and now Walmart won't even let me leave a review on it. But seeing this page with other people leaving similar reviews makes me think this isn't a one-off.

I ordered an air conditioner from them via Best Buy’s website. I hadn’t realized it was a third-party vendor on their Marketplace when I ordered.

I got an email from Best Buy confirming that my order had shipped and was expected to be delivered on June 7th. The date came and went with no delivery. So I looked up the tracking and sure enough the label had been printed on May 31st, but on closer inspection it looked like UPS hadn’t received the package yet.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another day or so before reaching out to Gymax (this is when I realized it was third party). I asked if they had any further details about when I could expect to receive my air conditioner (listed at almost 80lbs., I figured I might need some help from my husband or something to get it unpackaged and set up) or what the holdup might be.

The response I got from “Alex” was:

“We checked your package with tracking #(tracking number) via ups, it shows that the package was picked up on 6/1/2023.

The scheduled delivery date should be Jun 16th to Jun 21th. [sic]

The actual delivery could be earlier than the scheduled.

Could you please wait for it?

I replied to the effect that I didn’t see I had much choice other than to “wait for it”, but didn’t really like the tone. Another reply asked if I could please kindly wait for it. They said that they were shipping from US and that it’ll update when it arrives in Canada.

All that aside, it looks like UPS has it now and I hope it arrives in usable condition as I don’t like the odds of my getting anything useful from their customer service team in the future.

Tl;dr: Check really carefully when you’re buying from well known companies online and make sure it’s not from a Marketplace of theirs rather than the actual company.

ordered product not knowing it was via Marketplace. Product arrives and appears repackaged (bought new). Open box and start assembling. Within a couple of minutes I hear something loose. It's a main support that's machined to the frame...broken and floating around. Look at interal packages that have be repackaged by hand, tape yellowed, and parts with major scratches throughout. Contact Walmart who sends me to supplier who forwards my complaint to Gymax. Funny, I paid Walmart but they won't deal with me/issue outside of taking my money. Gymax contacts me and wants to discount. I refused because I didn't buy a used, broken item. Then the offer a bigger discount bc it's not cost effective for them to return the item. Again I decline. I didn't buy a used item that they tried to sell as new, and I have no need for a broken item that's discounted. I wouldn't keep it if they fully refunded me the cost. Then I'd have to get rid of their junk. WALMART! I bought this via your website. You DON'T screen or monitor your wild west 3rd party suppliers. You should be ashamed. It's no wonder Costco and Amazon are killing your business. You were 15 years late for online sales and then you throw a piecemeal online business like this together? Make the issue your customers? You will never receive another dollar from this household and based on the complaints on this site you're effective at one thing and that's not customer retention. Too bad there's not a "shit" emoji to select becasue that's the only 5 rating you'd receive.

I purchased an item from Fred Meyer's Bed, Bath and Beyond. The product name is Gymax. I didn't receive a Gymax product, I received a Costway product. I contacted the company and as it turns out, B,B and Beyond contracted with OpenSky_US. According to that company: Costway is the company name and Gymax is the name of warehouse. But, they are the same. Hmmmm....really? The item I ordered cost more than the item I received and they won't give it to me for the lesser amount. The item is going back. The return shipping label (nor a packing slip) did not come in the box; I asked for it. So, this item is going back to New Jersey to a Jin Lan. Only reason for 1 star is they did respond. The product itself--not fantastic. Instructions are poorly written, possibly by a person with ESL.

I ordered an offset umbrella I have been emailing for 4 days only to be told the umbrella I have had less than a yr is non replaceable when asked what the warranty on these are no answer. This was purchased end of summer and put up this spring ( a couple days ago) opened it one time it was great. Went to open a second time and it will not expand. I wasn’t looking for a refund I was looking for a replacement. It is LESS than a YEAR old! This is the worst Customer Service. Do Not order from this Company! Beware the are on all Marketplaces including Walmart.com Absolutely Ridiculous! This company is a Fraud!

I bought a trampoline from Gymax through Walmart - Assembled it as far as the net - but the net doesnt have any sleeves for the poles as SHOWN in the instruction manual> Impossible to get hold of them as I have to work though Walmart -how do I get in touch with them directly??

I would rather leave 0 stars if it was an option. My husband and I have been searching for a table and chair set that we love for quite some time now after expanding our patio and building onto our backyard. We came across a table ans chair set sold on Overstock which was a Gymax product and we fell in love, but clearly should have looked up the company first. After spending over $500 dollars the product came in 3 boxes with missing pieces and a cracked in the top of the table. I have spent the last week sending emails back and forth with the "customer service" if you even want to call it that to get a replacement table sent that just keeps running us around. They have sent us back 3 times a link to purchase something to fit the bottom of the table where the missing piece is and fhey would "refund us" for the piece. Mind you this piece is not even the correct item that is missing it is just something that "hopefully will work" and aa for the issue with the cracked they offered us an $80 dollar refund for that as long as the table is still usable. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! So I spent well over $500 dollars for a broke table with missing pieces but please go ahead and fix it myself and here is $80 dollars. I have requested a replacement table on 3 different occasions and now trying to get a full refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! They are frauds!

This company sent me an order in two boxes. I initiated a return I was provided one label after going to fed ex with these heavy boxes. I was told fed ex policy requires two labels one for each box. This company has repeatedly told me the same thing. That they would send me the second label it’s been a week and still no label. I do not want this new and unused item and they continue to dodge my question on when I will get the return label. They offer a 30 day return policy which seems to be a scam from what I see

They used fedex for a large cabinet and FEDEX would not deliver it but instead fucked me around for a week saying that they couldn't deliver it and lied about trying. When I brought this to GYMAX attention they did NOTHING.

What a crock of a company, I ordered a bunk bed for my Grandson on the 13th of February for his birthday, they took my money right away and the next day I saw it was shipped..delivery expected FEB 19th... nothing arrived.. I waited a days with ZERO movement and called Walmart. They informed me it was on its way through FED EX,,,, I asked for the tracking number only to see ONLY A SHIPPING LABEL was made. Item has not been sent. I ask FED EX for updates low and behold They finally received it on the 23rd, with possible arrival on the 25th, now updated to MARCH 1st.... To late for my Grandsons Birthday. WALMART LIED to me when I called in the first time. Saying it was shipped and I could NOT cancell the order. When it has JUST BEEN SHIPPED.... All I can say is IT BETTER BE WHAT I ORDERED< AND NOT DAMAGED in any way....

I would leave no stars if possible. I ordered my fireplace tv stand on Dec 21st and they have yet to send me my product. It has never left the facility and I email them once or twice a day and it's always some excuse. They try to say feed ex lost it and that's not the case. They have ripped me off. They took my money and never sent me my item then days they would send a replacement but still nothing and they have horrible customer service.

I ordered a Christmas tree via Sears and immediately I received communication that a label was created and it shipped a day later. Of course I was charged; however, I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks and Sears is stating FedEx is waiting for Gymax LLC to provide the item. Sears is no help and says they have to wait on the vendor. I’ve just been holding to speak to someone and no one picks up. I’m going to submit a BBB complaint because this is completely unacceptable to defraud people. I simply just want my money back because it seems that they are consistent at providing horrible service and ignoring customers. RUN if you see the name of this company anywhere as a third party vendor. I will place this on all my social media and my friends and family are going to do the same. Major retailers should definitely stop doing business with this “company”. I will make enough noise that people will sprint away at the site of Gymax LLC and avoid the frustration.

Horrible service!! As soon as I placed my order, Gymax LLC printed a Fed-Ex shipping label and informed me that my order was shipped! However, according to Fed-Ex tracking, my order was never shipped. I contacted Gymax via Walmart and asked them to confirm shipment. They never responded. Walmart also reached out to them and they STILL never responded. After a few more days, I tracked the package again and spoke to Fed-Ex directly. They confirmed the shipment still has never left the seller. So, I cancelled the order and Walmart refunded me. Very unprofessional seller. Misleading people by simply printing a label and claiming it has shipped should be a crime! -Especially since they processed full payment to my Visa. Do yourself a favor, buy somewhere else!!!!
