If I could give a negative star rating, I would. This company left me hanging with no information as to when I would get my dresser delivered after several days past the delivery date. I had to eventually contact Walmart twice and finally received a full refund from Walmart. Walmart's response was extremely rapid, I can't say the same for Gymax who eventually told me they had shipping problems due to the hurricane.
I both a Gymax twin tub washing machine in May 2019, I hardly use it, and it just broke down on me. I cant contact Gymax, no customer service, number sends you directly to voicemail. I am already worried about all these bad reviews. I just want my money back.
I ordered some bedside tables from these people and when I ordered them the return policy said it was returnable to the store. I ended up finding some other tables so I took my unopened boxes to Walmart in Houma, LA to return them and surprise surprise they cannot take them back because it was not shipped by Walmart. Well i find that very funny when the app told me i could return it to the store. Also find it funny that I paid Walmart and not only will they not take the item but if I want to return it I will have to pay a $20 shipping fee and a 20% restocking charge. This is total bullshit and I will never order anything from Gymax again. Walmart is also losing my business because of their very unhelpful employees and terrible customer service. I had to put 1 star to submit this review but they both deserve a 0 rating.
I just received my double sided patio umbrella but no stand
Was given a shipping date and tracking number but when attempted to track as the shipment did not arrive as promised it would not recognize the number and they had already charged my account. Walmart said they were a third party vendor of theirs but when given an order number got back with me and said it was lost in shipment. I told them I was charged already and was told I would get a refund. I do hope that holds true. I do not plan on using them again for online ordering!
I recently purchased a 10 x 10 canopy from walmart.com I open the box today to put it together and it looks like it was damaged half-assed put in a box taped up and resold I am so pissed off I will never ever ever ever buy anything from that website again and I will be sure to it everybody I know not to buy anything from that website again
This company ships products with missing/no hardware and damaged box! Very disappointed!!!
I bought a water pump from Gymax LLC and they send me different brand. On Wal-Mart.com the water pump brand name Gymax! And they don’t want you to return! I will never ever shop again! You can get a lot cheaper from eBay with different brands.
I ordered a 7.5 tree, the box cake 1/2 open, I tried to bring it back to Walmart and they told me to contact Gymax.... they offered me a $15 credit, and I could keep the tree and try to sell it myself. Or pay $30 to send it back. I just want a refund. This company is absolutely ridiculous
The chairs I ordered from this company broke the first time anybody sat in them. I'm going to try to get a refund but based on the other reviews it looks like I probably won't have much luck. I wish I'd seen these reviews before!
Do not order anything from this company. It is a nightmare trying to return it and get your money back. i ordered from walmart, not realizing it was from this company.
Tried to Purchase bathroom cabinet from Walmart through this supposed seller (Gymax, LLC). Got email saying it was shipped on May 3rd through UPS. On May 10th UPS reported no status update because seller never gave UPS the item for shipment. Gymax, LLC created a UPS Origination Label, which technically shows it being shipped, thereby allowing them to charge my credit card since the item was "shipped", and then they never shipped it. SURE SEEMS LIKE E-COMMERCE FRAUD TO ME! Somebody call the FCC.
This Gymax outfit is a joke. I went by product description they posted on walmart site and after purchasing come to find out it was copied from some OTHER business and so item was different! Walmart also ought to be responsible for allowing this garbage on their site. This is a Chinese business using Walmart as cover and Walmart just happily pockets commissions.
Very unprofessional, received my delivery late, but not only that I was suppose to have a 5 PC bedroom set as it was listed and they only got it as if I only bought a dresser....don't even have a customer service number to speak with them, everything is through email which is ridiculous!! I will never order here again
I purchased 3 patio chairs, not good quality I wanted to return, They are in original packaging and they are hasseling me. They will not send return labels. They are THieFS. Walmart of course is unable to really help. At this point I am going to dispute this on Visa. I know they will take care of it. There is no 0 so had to give the 1
Tried to return product to Walmart and Gymax on line. No luck! They keep your money and do not accept refunds. Very unprofessional!
I ordered this as a gift for a friend in Canada, it arrived in a different box not the original, and it is missing 3 peices and on piece is rusted.
I tried to call the seller, i got a long message and no one called back, I asked my friend to return it to nearest Wal-Mart.
I will never buy anything from this seller again.
Ordered a expandable gate. Received a set of nesting tables.
The back and forth with them just wasn't worth it. Explained several times that I received the wrong product, but continued to get emails asking what the issue was, was it damaged, was the box damaged etc. and to send pictures.
I'll eat the $35 and order from Amazon.
Another dissatisfied customer. Basically they took my money and never received the item. I tried to contact seller and their website does not even work. I had to contact Walmart after a week and they could not even contact them themselves. After reading the bad reviews I am surprised that Walmart would even deal with a company like this. I can't even say they have poor customer service because they have none. Being a great customer of Walmart I hope that they do right by me and return my money. It wasn't a donation it was a purchase.
