Got a heat press. And the extended warranty can not use this yet as I have not had it a year. Preenex says it has been past two months with them so I have No warranty?? What do now I sit and wait another 6 months to use the warranty I purchased. Oh I’m

Don’t blame Growthrill, blame Walmart

horrible. do not buy the zero gravity message recliner. it comes in seperate packages for you to put together with absolutley no instructions. i have pieces and hardware that i have no clue where they go. DO NOT BUY.

I bought some (supposedly) stainless steel chafing dishes to use for my catering business from Growthrill. They are now two months old and have been used three times and they are rusting. Stainless steel doesn’t rust!!! They purposely misrepresented their product in order to deceive people into buying them.

While it was inflating, part of the seam popped out. Contacted Walmart & seller [email protected]

Seller emailed asking if I could still use it & they'd refund me $20 or refund me completely.

I sent them a photo of the defective product with the 1st email. I said it isn't safe to use, I want a full refund of the item, tax, shipping. Waiting for a reply. It seems like someone there is trying to do right, but how can you ask if I'm willing to use a dangerous product that is used for balance? Unless they want a law suit from injury, but I am not ignorant as to place myself in the position of being injured. & Walmart does nothing. It is shameful they are apparently backing this company which is giving them such a bad name I won't purchase anything from Walmart again. Filing complaint with BBB about Walmart. Wish I had found this site before I trusted Walmart & their 3rd party sellers.

Ordered two chairs. Received one chair with a missing back test. They refunded me but said they were completely out of stock and couldn’t send another chair or a back rest. This was a waste of time and money. We may need to get different chairs now because we cannot find one that matches. Based on the reviews I’ve read and on my experience, Walmart needs to cut ties with them.

Nobody should buy from this pile of thrash pree-whoo people. I believe they will reap what they sow. Over and over. Again and again as many times we have been let down by this fraud. I would not but paper or dirt from this fraud! Again! Possibly Walmart! The commercial cotton candy machine is crap.

Like everyone else here, ordered a product through walmart - hybrid car charger. Stopped charging. I bought the insurance, so went to file a claim. Because it's less than a year, they want me to go through the manufacturer, and yeah - you guessed it. Total dud.

I see someone else is having the same issue as we are. We purchased a Built-In Stainless Steel Commercial 130lbs/24h ice maker from Growthrill in April of 2020. The ice maker is not working, we had someone come in and look at it, and they said that the compressor is out. We would like assistance in repairing this issue. We called the customer service number which informed us to send an email. We have sent two emails, and no one has responded. We called Walmart customer service, and they informed us that they would send an email on our behalf to Growthrill, and someone would be in contact with us, still no response. This is terrible customer service, and no one is willing to assist us in this matter. When we looked on Walmart website, it stated that they vet their third-party vendors, Growthrill should be removed because they are not representing Walmart well.

I purchased a Preenex 7.5 Inflatable boat from the Walmart website, and when the boat arrived all three air fill valves were leaking and would not hold air. It was also missing the MSO Certificate required to title and register the boat and they have yet to contact me after several email requests for the certificate!!! So now I have a boat that I cannot legally use!!! NOT HAPPY!!!

This company does not compensate for any issues that may occur with their products. They do not work with their customers. They just take their money. I bought my dad a 250 tricycle for Christmas to optimize his physical health, and the parts came in defected, and we couldn't even finish the FIRST step in putting the bike together with defective parts. The company decided to say they'd only give me 35 dollars back when I just wanted a new bike. Don't purchase from them and walmart is to blame as well. These multi million dollar companies don't give a shit about you, remember that. Especially during the holidays.

I purchased a heat press on Walmart.com through this company and didn’t even open the shipping box because I decided I didn’t want the item anymore, I contacted them and they won’t send a return label asked me to sell it or I would have to pay to ship it back! It would cost more to ship than just to keep it! I would not recommend this company at all!!

I am currently having the same issue. Purchased the treadmill. It stopped working. They giving me the run around. It’s not even 30 days yet.

I can see by the above reviews I an s out of luck. Knee scooter piece of crap. Brakes and steering faulty. I fell off w a broken foot. Walmart wont stand behind their s suppliers. Would make the rating a minus 100 if it were possible.

got my 3 wheel trike handy put it together the bike was not rideable part did not fit where they were supposed to go holes did not line up. poor quality and craftsmanship

I my daughter Sarah Boyce helped me with getting on line to purchase an adult tricycle The. Ike was ordered late April and I received it late May. There was a bolt missing that holds on the tricycle tire. Toke a week to get bolt put it on and the chain broke Your repair man said take to bike shop for repair. That took three weeks. Once’s chain was fixed went to ride and peddle broke off. Your repairman said peddle can’t be fixed also Seat broke the same day! The back tires are shutting against the fenders. I want a new bike or my $309 plus interest. And you company needs to send me a box or I can take to Walmart to return broken bike I am very dissatisfied! My no. Is 919 539-8280.
