I order a vibration plate from them back in January and it was supposed to be shipped on the 25th of January. Nothing showed up. I emailed three times then later I tried contacting them and they claimed they couldn't find my order and that I needed to contact Walmart. I email them several times asking for a refund only for them to tell me the same thing that they could not find my order. Here comes April and they charged my card for the vibration plate. When I email them and ask them for a refund and how to return their product they stated that their warranty only lasts for two months and there was nothing that they can do. Don't order anything from these people they are horrible and very conniving.

Ordered two bikes for my nephew and son over a week before Easter said they would be here the Saturday before then the Tuesday after Easter and they never showed up, couldn’t find any tracking information I contacted the company and they were zero help and after a few emails canceled my order and only refunded me for one bike. So here we sit no bike and beautiful weather. I understand shipping is slow, change your estimated shipping times! Don’t let people order then change the shipping date! %#*+

I ordered a human water walking ball and the air and the air pump they sent with it caught fire and thank god we turned it off before it got bigger never again would I order something like this again! Walmart said they would take the return then they told me they couldn’t take it because it wasn’t packed together then when I went back with it packed together they refused to accept it and now growthrill is saying they cannot accept it because it’s passed the 30 days!!!!!

I ordered a Knee Scooter through Walmart.com from a Company calling themselves Greenshine New Energy LLC, and spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Matthew (before placing the order) his phone #949-328-7480 and is with Greenshine Service. In Anaheim CA. The label on my box said it came from a fulfillment center named Baryan in Anaheim, CA. When I called Matthew back to complain about missing parts and paint damage he said he would have to have their China Office Email me to resolve the issue. It’s been a total nightmare trying to work with (Growthrill) which apparently is the real company scamming everybody. The name Growthrill was no where on Walmart’s website for this item. They respond at 4am and want pictures of the items I never received??? They keep making stupid discount offers that make no sense. They offer to replace the Item for an additional charge. They say to take the scooter back to Walmart but Walmart will not take it because they are a third party Vendor. I don’t believe they intend to do anything to replace or discount this defective product. I hope that if you bought something using a credit card you call and dispute the charge. Also call Walmart.com and report Growthrill. Also the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

Pissed the fuck off! My items are obviously used and destroyed I wish I could upload photos. I called the provided customer service number and it’s not even their company. I just scrolled down and saw a customer had previously ordered a heat press and I’m assuming I now have their faulty one. I haven’t plugged it in yet to see if it works but if it doesn’t go past 80 then I know it’s definitely the one they returned! I’m pissed and disgusted.

These people are a joke!! They expect you to respond by email but once they respond back to you it’s every 24 hrs making it impossible to ever get them to send you what they were missing in the equipment you order!! Poor customer service will never order through them ever again!!

7/2020 I ordered the 8 speed tricycle it arrived and it had damages to the handlebar ( flaking) and when I pumped up the tires , one tire split open. I tried to remedy this through WalMart , they wanted to give me a $10 credit. Growthrill never responded. This company should be taken off the Walmart supplier list. It is an unreliable source for products. Don’t order anything from them.

I purchased a heat press from this company and I loved it! It worked great for about 2 months and then it stopped working. My bf ordered the faulty part and installed it for me. Horrible service from both Growthrill and Wal-Mart. Ordered a $373 bike on 10/13. Sent message within 45 minutes to cancel order. 10/14 Seller emailed stating it was too late it already shipped. 10/15 initiated a return on-line. Gave me the option to print RMA and take to store. Store refused it. Sent another message to the Growthrill about return. NO RESPONSE, so 10/25 called Walmart. Was told they would initiate the return via USPS and would receive an email confirmation. No confirmation ever received. Also sent message to seller (Growthrill). 10/26 Called Walmart again. Rep said I would receive immediate credit due to all the problems, which would appear within a few days. He ordered FedEx pickup. Same day USPS came to pickup. 11/2 STILL NO CREDIT. Have escalated to management.

I ordered and received 2 table lamps. One of the lamp shades arrived damaged. Growthrill stayed they could not replace the damaged shade, despite my photos as proof. Rather, they offered me a new lamp, at a reduced cost to me. I have no use for another lamp. I am very disappointed in their policy. I will never order anything from this company again. Perhaps Walmart.com should re-assess their relationship with this vendor.

I order a adult trike from Walmart, this company sent it ,I paid to have it assembled, it was defective ,so I called Walmart for a return and refund , I can't disassemble, can't put it in my car to return it to return center which is nonexistent here, wanted my money back and after two weeks of nothing from these people I still have no refund, they offered to return half my money and i could keep the trike OK they need order number tracking number so I sent all that again nothing ! Just emails asking over and over for the same thing NO BIKE NO MONEY just jerked around!!!I sure hope this goes thru cause I"m ANGRY !!!!

Ordered the adult tricycle, had free three day delivery, it arrived right on time. My issues were that the instructions were horrible, then when I went to go to the YouTube channel that they had on the back of their booklet, it wasn’t there. I went to go to their website, it also wasn’t there.

one of the worse customer service interactions ive ever had i contacted them to find out where i could but compatible parts to an ebike i bought a few mths back only to play email tag and be told the parts to this bike are only made over seas and i could not purchase the one part i needed and they couldnt direct me to a place to get one that compatible as a result i wpuld highly recommend you research american made ebike sellers with good communication skills and customer support why spend your hard earned money with a company that value the dollar more than the customer and lacks knowledge of the products theyre selling this whole ordeal has left me frustrated and out of money not to mention stuck with a product that according to them is useless unless i buy another ebike kit seeing as the parts are sold exclusively to growthrill

I noticed a debt on my credit card from Walmart. Once i found out for what it was for. Called Walmart stating I did not order the Tricycle. They say will issue a credit. in 48 hours 52 hours go by and no credit. Called again and wanted to know where credit was. Now they are telling me it will be 5 days. Have no respect for Walmart just seems they lie and take your money. Found out its in CA. They say shipped but check with UPS still not ship. Three days past MY delivery date, FedEx still hadn’t received the package from the SELLER.

I had to contact Wal-Mart, to then contact them. Of which I finally received an email back.

Excuse #1:

“So sorry for the delay. We just found out due to Covid 19 chaos. Would you like a refund?”

...no I would like my package. What’s my ETA?

Excuse #2:

“ Our sincerest apologies, we would like to resend the package to you. It’s late due to one of the packages in the warehouse being broken. Let us know if you’d like us to issue a refund?”

..No, I’d like my package. Please send an ETA

Truth #1:

“We are sorry to inform you that the package you have ordered is out of stock. Would you like a full refund?”

You have got to be kidding me.

Two weeks, and multiple excuses later.

Horrible horrible customer service, honesty up front goes a long way. Could have said that IT DID NOT EXIST/out of stock immediately and accepted the refund and purchased somewhere else.

My project is now delayed almost a full month.
