I just purchased a flag pole light and it has been on the pole for a week and has never lit up.

I’ve purchased 3 flag pole LED lights from this company since September 2018. One is still working and the other two have failed just outside of their warranty period. This company seems ok but they sell inferior products. For that reason I would not recommend buying any products from them. I will not and would not recommend anyone purchasing their products.

There is something shady about this seller. I can't get in touch with them to stop shipment on an order I placed just hours ago and now I am receiving strange unsolicited emails that I can only trace to making this purchase.

Do not buy from this company. Walmart should not allow any company who does not abide by Walmart refund policies. We bought 11 items for $153 they will refund $110. Product was inferior and not what we expected. So we will keep them but feel scammed.

I purchased a hooded hair dryer on wheels from this company, Barely (1) one month of using it, parts started falling off, Because I really needed it for my business, I did not want to return it, but after another month, the entire front cover broke off. The company did absolutely Nothing to try rectifying this situation, but to tell me it was pass 60 days, I only started using it in Aug. 1st to be exact, and here it is Nov 18th. "Wow" Really. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer services and business practice. I order a light for our bathroom and it doesn't fit. I would like to return it but the return policy was not disclosed on the Walmart website and all it says is to contact the seller. I called the this company/the seller and i was told that I need to pay shipping to send it back. After I paid the shipping and sent it back, I received email saying that now they have received the item and I need to pay 20% restocking fee. This is ridiculous. The restocking fee was never mentioned to me during my initial conversation with them, nor in the later email communication received from them regarding the return instruction and return address. Strongly suggest not to shop from this company and they should not be on Walmart online purchase site.

This is a bad company, Walmart should not allow them to do business using their site, I ordered an electric motor for a bike and when I received te package, the battery was not included, but the charger was inside, now I need to find the battery to use with the product I bought 26" Electric Bike Conversion Kit Hub Motor 48V 1000W with Cotroller .

when I went to Walmart to get a re-found for this product they contacted this vendor and they told the customer service rep from Walmart, that I need to pay for the shipping and pay 15 % of restock fee.

I also had a problem with this Walmart Marketplace seller. I ordered a specific brand item and they sent me the wrong item and told me I should keep it or sell it or pay out of my pocket to send it back plus pay a 15% restock fee, all of which would have amounted to 50% of the cost of the original item. I bantered back and forth with them via emails for about two weeks and then I finally phoned both the credit card company and Walmart Customer Service and managed to get a full refund by doing that. I asked Walmart what I should do with the wrong item I was sent and Walmart told me they don't care what I do with it.

so I order a light for our flag pole the solar light doesn't fit. We paid shipping when ordered and needing to send back due to not fitting, rec'd an email I need to pay shipping to send back and pay a 15% restocking fee. This is ridiculous. Not sure why Wal-Mart would let such a scam on their website.

Doesn't even deserve a star, but won't let me post this without selecting at least one. I bought an item that didn't work properly and was told I could get $15.00 "compensation". This item cost me over $80.00 not including shipping!
