I ordered and received 2 table lamps. One of the lamp shades arrived damaged. Growthrill stayed they could not replace the damaged shade, despite my photos as proof. Rather, they offered me a new lamp, at a reduced cost to me. I have no use for another lamp. I am very disappointed in their policy. I will never order anything from this company again. Perhaps Walmart.com should re-assess their relationship with this vendor.
this company is the worst I have ever dealt with DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever order anything from this company!!!!! What in the world is wrong with Walmart get rid of these people!!!!! I order a adult trike from Walmart, this company sent it ,I paid to have it assembled, it was defective ,so I called Walmart for a return and refund , I can't disassemble, can't put it in my car to return it to return center which is nonexistent here, wanted my money back and after two weeks of nothing from these people I still have no refund, they offered to return half my money and i could keep the trike OK they need order number tracking number so I sent all that again nothing ! Just emails asking over and over for the same thing NO BIKE NO MONEY just jerked around!!!I sure hope this goes thru cause I"m ANGRY !!!!
pure shit. Lasted about 6 months which was 3 months past warranty and quit working.
No even a star. Crapy products that dont work..and no want to replace them... CAREFULL WITH THIS CRAP. WALmart need to take out from their marketplace nowww!!!
Ordered the adult tricycle, had free three day delivery, it arrived right on time. My issues were that the instructions were horrible, then when I went to go to the YouTube channel that they had on the back of their booklet, it wasn’t there. I went to go to their website, it also wasn’t there.

one of the worse customer service interactions ive ever had i contacted them to find out where i could but compatible parts to an ebike i bought a few mths back only to play email tag and be told the parts to this bike are only made over seas and i could not purchase the one part i needed and they couldnt direct me to a place to get one that compatible as a result i wpuld highly recommend you research american made ebike sellers with good communication skills and customer support why spend your hard earned money with a company that value the dollar more than the customer and lacks knowledge of the products theyre selling this whole ordeal has left me frustrated and out of money not to mention stuck with a product that according to them is useless unless i buy another ebike kit seeing as the parts are sold exclusively to growthrill
I noticed a debt on my credit card from Walmart. Once i found out for what it was for. Called Walmart stating I did not order the Tricycle. They say will issue a credit. in 48 hours 52 hours go by and no credit. Called again and wanted to know where credit was. Now they are telling me it will be 5 days. Have no respect for Walmart just seems they lie and take your money. Found out its in CA. They say shipped but check with UPS still not ship. Not done with this yet will go to Walmart top brass state my case again. I want answers,

I had to contact Wal-Mart, to then contact them. Of which I finally received an email back.
“So sorry for the delay. We just found out due to Covid 19 chaos. Would you like a refund?”

“ Our sincerest apologies, we would like to resend the package to you. It’s late due to one of the packages in the warehouse being broken. Let us know if you’d like us to issue a refund?”

Horrible horrible customer service, honesty up front goes a long way. Could have said that IT DID NOT EXIST/out of stock immediately and accepted the refund and purchased somewhere else.
My project is now delayed almost a full month.
I ordered a trike on July 8th with a delivery date of the 15th. The 15th rolls round and no bike,no call and no fedex update. Call and FedEx lost the bike...new bike supposedly shipped the next day. That bike doesn't show up either. They finally admit to me they dont have any trikes in stock right now and they will refund. Refund shows up in 2 days...total time of me being yanked around 32 days. Ordering from them is nothing but a pain, dont bother since they have nothing in stock but will take your order and money anyways.
Just got a package from them . I t was destroyed, the box had numerous holes in it. And all of the nuts, bolt's and screws were missing. Had to purchase those items at home depot. Which cost me $73.00 out of my pocket. I did contact walmartand did an email from growthril showing there concern. So let's see where this goes. I wont give a rating until i hear back from them
This company is terrible. They "lost" my order and kept telling me to wait patiently. I waited a month and they still didn't deliver my order. I'm very dissatisfied!

Awful, awful customer service. I’ve been waiting for them to cancel my order for a week now. Every time I email them, I have to remind them what’s going on and they give conflicting information. Don’t buy from them unless you’re in the mood to be super frustrated. 500 dollars down the drain....

Item never arrived then they sent a bogus tracking number showed my item was delivered in Anaheim, ca....I live in Arizona City Arizona~ They ripped me off and now I am having to do a credit card chargeback!
I ordered a luggage and got a complete different color. I would not recommend.
