GrowKart sells our products (way higher price then normal retail) without our permission and then buys them from us anonymously with an alternate 'ship to' address when they make a sale.

This seller is a scammer. He sends the wrong item, and then lets you return it, but keeps an outrageous shipping charge. He is making money on the shipping charges. I gave a one-star rating only because a NEGATIVE 20 rating was not an option.

Imagine how surprised I was to find my product on other marketplaces and the exact copy they stole from my website. GrowKart sells the product without my permission and then buy it from us anonymously with an alternate 'ship to' address when they make a sale. I am trying to get the products removed but not getting much help from Sears, Walmart, etc. This is how they get away with it. We don't have the time to chase these small time hoodlums and they know it.

I've been doing this for over 20 years and these unscrupulous people just don't care about common decency. They walk all over everyone to make a buck. It's really sickening.

I received a charge for over $1800.00 on my corporate card, I never placed the order. I noticed that the delivery address was totally different. I contacted Sears and Sears contacted the vendor. I was told that the items were delivered and the charge would stay. That's it not good customer service to me. not even an investigation. I am out of $1800.00, I had to pick one star I wanted to pick none.

GrowKart employs prevarications, deception, fraud and dishonest tactics to steel from customers.

I just got scam growkart I can’t believe Sears let this company do this to a customer what happened to me I ordered I got a email from them saying that my package was just delivered no package

I contact the Postal Service to confirm their delivery They did not deliver not one item I asked Sears to credit my account they refused to do it growkart

I can’t get in touch with them the phone number I have doesn’t exist Sears is not helping at all I can’t believe it I’ve been with Sears for years

STAY AWAY!! Ordered something from them and the item isn't even available! They sent me an email, after it was paid for, and they said due to a "technical issue" this item isn't even something they sell. They said I have to contact the Storefront they sell through and get my money back from them! S C A M!!!!

They stole our image off our website to use to sell our own product. I believe one of their scams is to use another store's sale products to then post on one of the many commerce platforms and then dropship it from us (without our permission) to their customer when they sell something. A really bad way to do business all the way around. What a shame.

This is the worse customer service.

Stay away 100000 miles. They are scam.

The company is horrible won't let me return an item that I purchased from Sears website and the reason being someone else bought the family one already so I don't

need two of them. Making me pay for shipping it back and it was going to cost 216.00 to ship it back and I only paid 100.00 for the item. Sears won't help me and I charged it on my Sears card . I have been a loyal customer for many years and I will not paid for this item and so I cancelled my credit card with Sears. I will never shop at Sears again. I called Grow Kart and they didn't answer and then they texted me said send them a email and I did and have received nothing from them yet.

SAME AS ABOVE reviews!!!! TERRIBLE customer service!!! I am just as angry with Sears!! I ordered over the phone with a Sears representative.. ordered an almost $300 microwave. Called to cancel within hours because I was worried it would not fit in our cabinet space. I was told by Sears that it was cancelled only to get an email the next day saying that it had already been shipped out. I have it in writing from Sears that I would receive a full refund and that the return shipping would be free. However they are now refusing to give the full amount....trying to penalize me 15% for a restocking fee!!!!! NO WAY this is ethical at all!!!! I am not letting this go. VERY WRONG!! I do not want to give any stars!!! But have to click one to even be able to submit! GoKart AND SEARS...you should be ashamed! Pathetic

This company is a complete scam!!! I cannot believe anyone would do business with them!! I hope they go out of business!!

Horrible. I ordered 2 different products. They sent me the same product 2 times. I ordered from WalMart.com . WalMart won't take it back. I can't get a phone number to call to get my return done.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.... THEY DIDNT EVEN REFUND ME THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY RETURN. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR 30 DAYS and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE.

Do not buy anything from this company. And, beware that you are not buying from Walmart even though it appears you are. You are buying from growkart. The false advertise for items that they do not carry and you will never get your item and have to go through hoops to find out what happened and then get a refund that says it may take up to 2 billing cycles to be credited back to debit or credit card!

Terrible. Never received . gave erroneous tracking numbers which showed delivery to different cities. 2 27 pound of pine bark mulch lost i am trying to get a refund never again will i do this business with these deadbeats.

Growkart is trying to sell Tupperware for way more than it actually retails for. Tupperware is not sold in Stores or through companies such as Growkart, Walmart, Sears...etc... . Tupperware is sold by Tupperware! We work hard to keep our name and quality of products. I am a Consultant with Tupperware. It would not let me post without a rating..... NO STARS is my rating, A complete failure!!!!
