Poor customer service. I ordered a bat from them , which i have yet to receive. Suppose to been getting the bat on Monday but never got it and check the tracking l. It has not been updated m. Contacted Walmart because that is where i purchased it from and was told that the package was lost. A RUDE PERON BY THE NAME OF Chris from the service team emailed saying it was premature of me contact Walmart for my purchase. I paid $200.00 plus dollars for a bat that I have yet to receive so yes I want my money back. Because for one I don’t have a date for the delivery of my bay and two, YALL ARE RUDE . Wish i could have gave you no stars
