They arr sending out rooted phones. Phones with a swapper kernel in it to collect your personal information. They have ruined my life so far. Who's a lawyer that wants to take this on along with Walmart and possibly Samsung and Knox. They stood behind the product so they should be help accountable as well. Seems as though with the comments here we'd have a pretty good class action. Just saying. I'm going to.
Apple Watch Ultra $750 Fail!
Received the Watch with locked activation. A broken wristband and no support. Im now fighting to return the device. They taught me a valuable lesson in scammer brands. The add was mis-leading as if the device was in New condition.
I purchased an iPhone 8 and when we went to get the phone activated, we found out the SIM card reader isn’t working. Took it to a phone repair shop and they said that’s not a part that can be replaced so the phone is trash! The company I purchased from won’t let me return the phone because it’s past the 30 days because the phone was a present for my daughters birthday. Had I known the phone was gonna be garbage, I would’ve went and tried to have it activated before her birthday so that I could have returned it. $170 right in the trash! I hope no one else wastes a single penny with this trash company that is clearly ripping people off left and right!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
Same for me. My son spent $430 on his Samsung 10+, and we got the phone, but it is NOT unlocked. We went to Tmobile and Verizon - they could not unlock it. Put my order number in, and the system said it doesn't exist...........
Same here. got a phone that says was unlocked and was not unlocked. rep says it was clear phone havent even been looked at. and wont return my emails. stay away from this scam company.
They sent me a cracked phone in the mail, and when I contacted them for a refund they tried telling me that the cracked phone was my fault and told me to start a return. But when I mentioned that I couldn't return the phone to them until they refunded me, they stopped contacting me back. Glad im not the only one that had an issue with this third party seller.
