Philips Zoom Nite White 16% purchased via Walmart had 5 month expiration date whereas when purchased multiple times through another vendor, I had 12-18 months to use it. Repeated attempts to contact you about this issue as well as attempts by Walmart failed. Moreover, Philips, the manufacturer said this product was 'old' and should have had an expiration much further out. A rep recorded the product info (lot number, expiration date etc) and may follow up. Shame on the lack of customer service. This product is available elsewhere - this was my first purchase from you and will be my last.
Opalescence 35 strength that I received really did not do anything after 2 weeks. If these are expired and no longer as effective at least state that, instead of scam people. Super disappointed.
The 20% Opalescence PF gel does not have the strength that I have had from this product in the past.
