I have a king size memory foam mattress that is sagging terribly in the middle. It shouldn’t be as I have made sure that I have plenty of supports for my bed and box springs. Can someone please send me a replacement or even a refund. I have my original order confirmation from Walmart and I really need a mattress. This mattress was expensive and I don’t just have money to buy another one.
Bought hybrid mattress in 2020 and the center of the mattress is bunching up and uncomfortable and can't get any answers from Walmart or Grandest for warrenty
Bought the 18" metal frame with included hardware. It came with NO HARDWARE. NONE. NOT 1 SCREW
I ordered 4 mattress's over 3 months I still haven't received them. How long does it take to receive items you order from this company. I would hope to get my grandchildren in there beds soon! Please let me know where my order is.
When first purchased a month ago it showed funds were taken out of my account. But then withdrew my account a month later sending me into debt.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My children were looking forward to there new sofa beds all week. We moved our old furniture and rearranged items in our home, in hopes on receiving our order. After my packages were a no show on the scheduled date to arrive. To find out that apparently my packages never left the warehouse. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed. What a let down to my little ones as well.
mattress doesn't fit, therefore my side sinks down, constantly stubbing toes.. tonight is the cake topper. I hit so hard, it bled. I am diabetic, God knows if it doesn't heal! Poorly designed frame. I only got bc 18" for storage. please SOMEONE tell me how to contact this company who took me for money..
I purchased the 14 inch round corner king size bedframe . There are sockets for a headboard and little stickers that say headboard socket but no headboard hardwAre. Please advise me as to how I can get the necessary hardware to attach a headboard to my bed frame I do like the frame very much but believe there must be parts missing.
