I am very disappointed. I ordered a textbook since August 14 and until this date which is 6 weeks , it keeps getting delayed. These people are setting me up for failure as I don’t have this book to do my assignments. Very very disappointed.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. No communication. Book ordered through abehbooks took 5 weeks to arrive. It sat at the shipping place for at least 3 of those. It's too and I can't leave a review on Abe. Never again.

I ordered a hard copy of Watership Down accidentally from Grand Eagle. Five minutes later I tried to cancel the order, The seller said it had already been shipped. Sure ... okay. I replied that I would be sending it back. So I opened my mail today, and there was moisture damaged mass market paper back version of Watership Down. He probably say he didn't send it. I'm fuming.

The book I ordered was supposed to arrive by June 15th at the latest. It is now June 29th, no sign of it. It is apparently 'waiting to be picked up by USPS'. Where? Where is it waiting? The company purports to be based in Wilmington DE (I live 40 miles away in Philadelphia), and it's been well over a month since I ordered it. If I had realized that this company has literally gotten nothing by 1/5 star reviews I'd have never ordered through them. So, so, so annoying and disappointing. You suck, Grand Eagle, you really suck. You don't deserve the one star I'm giving, you deserve negative stars, but I didn't want anyone to think I'd forgotten to rate them for sucking as much as they do.

I ordered an oracle deck on Abebooks and, judging by their quick replies to my questions, I decided to order. Because there was no tracking info on the Abebooks page, I asked about it, and they quickly provided it. The status showed that it was picked up by shipping partner for transfer to USPS. Ok, fine - I'd ordered from Better World Books and Thriftbooks before, so I was familiar with these types of shipments.

However, after 7 days, the status never updated, which is unusual. I contacted Grand Eagle asking if they can contact the shipper to see if there is a problem. They refused, and just sent me the tracking link again and said it was supposed to be delivered by the 27th. Another day or two went by and the status STILL hadn't updated. Frustrated, I contacted the shipping company myself, and within two hours they replied that Grand Eagle NEVER DROPPED OFF THE PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING!! I forwarded the email to Grand Eagle, demanding a refund. Well, what do you know - that same day the tracking updates to show the package has been dropped off at the shipping partner facility! Then I get a condescending email from Grand Eagle stating they can't cancel the order now as it is already on its way, that cancellations must be done before it is shipped (!!!) What nerve! No apology of their oversight, no offer to make up for it (like a coupon, partial refund, nothing). If I hadn't been so diligent, my package would still be sitting at their warehouse!

TERRIBLE customer service and company. I'll heed the reviews next time. Never again.

Ordered from them on Amazon. They were selling a callender I wanted but for nearly double the price and were the only seller who had it in stock. I get an email confirming my order and another the next day saying my package had shipped, gave details about it being a USPS package but when I clicked the tracking link it just took me back to the seller in an endless loop. Then the day after that I get a refund on my order but no communication on what's going on so I contact Amazon asking if my order has been canceled. I get an message the next day on Amazon. The message claimed that a cancelation email had been sent before my refund( it never was) and that when they went to fulfill my order they realized there was a mistake in their inventory computer and the item was not available so they immediately contacted me and issued a refund. Um.... No you sent me a conformation that my package had indeed been shipped and a bogus tracking link and only contacted me after I contacted you and Amazon about the statis of my order. I went online after it was pretty clear I wasn't getting my calendar threw Amazon and found it on Walmart's website for less than half of what Grandeagle was selling it for. Now all of the sudden the callender is on sale directly threw Amazon for exactly the price Walmart has it listed for and I appear to be blocked from rating Grandeagle Retail on Amazon's site. There is something hardcore scammy going on here. I can't believe I now trust Walmart more than Amazon and am going to order threw them instead.

My order was 12 days overdue, but got to me in good shape. The package travelled from Ohio to Nevada to Colorado to Minnesota to North Dakota and took almost a week to make it the last 100 miles. I don't know if it was the method of shipping (book rate, etc.) of the fault of the USPS, but my package has more miles on it than the average package. All told, it took 17 days from placing the order till it arrived in my mailbox. I don't know if it would have taken this long if the Pony Express was still in business and delivered packages.

Ordered a book from Wal Mart May 28th, received a tracking numberand said it was sent out June 1st. Got no tracking update and said it would be delivered the 9th, then the 11th then said give us another week. Contacted Wal Mart which they in turn contacted Grand Eagle and they were informed that tracking number didn't exist and didn't know where book was at. This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with and think Wal Mart should could ties with this company cause I am sure they will lose business if they don't.

I ordered a DVD from them. Then realizing it was for region 2, Europe, I then went and hit cancel in less than a minute. I got a message that the order was canceled. A few days later I got a message that I made the request to late. What’s with that?

Item shipped and then nothing. Tracking number has no information. Iv'e been waiting on the order for two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered with no change to the tracking info and no helpful information from Grand Eagle Retail. Just a "we're sorry you haven't received it yet, wait a little longer."

Ordered Dec 12, shipped Dec 23, received Dec 30. Package was damaged and came from another company. Apparently they don't have items they sell in stock. Would give zero stars if possible. Avoid this place!

I canceled a book order from another seller because of a change in shipping date and went this one instead. I ordered the book on 12/8/20, payment & order confirmed and then nothing for weeks. Today (12/22), I finally got a shipping confirmation with no delivery date - great! Guess this Xmas gift won’t be under the tree.

Don’t order anything from this vendor - the communication / customer service is really lacking.

This company is a joke. Ordered a toy from walmart but coming from them. Ordered on December 1 order supposedly shipped December 3 but never moved as far as shippong after that. December 23 and still no toy

They keep changing the delivery date now to December 29 and January 4
