I purchased a GPED air fryer. No type of instructions or recipe book was included. I was expecting a chart to show cooking time for #s of food.

They are terrible liars and do this to get a good review for the promise of a $30 Amazon gift card. The product is just ok. Their character is horrible.

I purchased this hose 2 months ago. A few days ago I found a leak in the hose in 2 different places. It is junk. Do not buy this product. There is a reason it's on clearance and the positive reviews are fake.

Horrible company. I purchased a faucet. It is defective. I can not return item to Walmart. I have contacted the company 6 times. They have offered my $10 on a $40 purchase. They will not respomd to any of my emails or messages now. I would never purchase from them again.

I bought and received a defective faucet. I tried to return the item at which point the seller told me that "returns are a hassle" and offered me $15 as compensation and I could keep the $42 faucet? I told him absolutely not! The next email I received from them said "It is troublesome to return the product, we are willing to full refund you, could you keep it?" I replied that's fine as long I am fully refunded the $42.64. I didn't hear back for a couple of days so I sent another email asking when I should be expecting a refund? I was told "we will refund your order amount of $39.95, we do not refund taxes, it it ok?" I told them yes. 2 more days went by before I received another email. This one says "How about a direct refund to the account you paid for this order? May I?" Unsure of what that meant, I replied please refund my money back to my original card and not my Walmart account. I never had so many problems doing a return. If I don't receive my refund, I will be reporting this issue to Walmart and the BBB. I never heard back from them. So today, I called Wal-Mart, explained all the problems I was having and they gave me a full refund! They are also doing a full investigation on the company.

Terrible co. Bought clock radio that does not work and they keep asking me for photos and videos on what is wrong. It simply does not work and they refuse to refund this piece of junk. I am disappointed that Walmart will actually let this seller on their web site!!! Can I give a zero star?

Terrible! This “business “ is a scam. They hacked my credit card on my Walmart app and sent items to me that I never ordered. When I tried to contact them for a refund they offered me 5.00 and told me to keep the items. I don’t understand why Walmart has not banned the seller.

Refused to return the defective item. Offered me $5 for a $45 purchase. Then they sent me a mailer asking for a 5 star review in exchange for money. Terrible company. Reviews are fake.

I was offered an e-gift card in exchange for an honest product review...submitted the review and sent GPED all of the required information. The first email I sent them asking a question was responded to in a couple of days, but now that I've sent in all of the required proof of my review, they've gone silent. Sent them 2 more emails over a 2-week period and still no response, and their phone number listed on the Walmart site is "not in service" (New Jersey number, but supposedly the company is in Colorado). Seems shady, and I would not do business with them again nor recommend them to anyone else.

I do not wish to give GPED Inc because they have poor customer service solving issues with defective or broken items. They would not return messages as well. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase any products from this seller.

Product not received, only way available was "return product," even though I have yet to receive either the digital alarm clock (in the amount of $38.99 plus tax) nor the cup holder phone holder (in the amount of $18.99 plus tax). These items were Christmas presents. I live in a tiny mountain town in California, using FedEx shipping is always returned arbitrarily by them. What things are actually received are thrown over my fence rather than opening the gate and depositing on my porch. Totally unsatisfactory.

products are junk. They do not respond and will not refund until WM gets involved. Do NOT buy from this company

The antenna I ordered is not what I received. It is a bate and switch. Do not order from this company.

Worked great till the little mess piece on the earbud became loose and fell off in my ear.

Ordered a product from them 4 days ago. Still have not received shipping notice. This is not a good sign.
