DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART OR FROM GOOGOL SHOP! RUN!!!! Walmart is using disreputable sellers. I paid $234 for a car stereo that I returned, unopened. Was told that they will refund only 80% of the value, but they didn't do that - tried to give my 46% of the value. Plus I had to pay to ship it back. Buyer BEWARE!!! Walmart is working to adjust the refund a bit but can only do so much. But still what a nightmare!

This seller deserves A negative 5 stars. I should have read the reviews before ordering with them. It's no wonder they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Besides prompt shipping nothing was even close to satisfactory. The system that was advertised & purchased was described as being for my make, model & year vehicle. The universal dash mounting kit required me to cut out & modify my vehicles dashboard & mounting bracket behind the dash. The specific to my vehicle wiring harness connectors had the wrong pin configuration & actually disabled the data bus on my vehicle rendering the airbags useless, disabling my passive security system & displaying several warning lights on my dashboard. Unfortunately after installing the system, modifying my vehicle & powering up the system to find out all these problems, Googol shop would not answer their phone, return phone messages, or reply to resolutions except to send a generic form letter stating that I could return the items (at my expense) and that any unopened, unused, like new items would be accepted for return minus a 15% restocking fee & deducting the price they spent on the original shipping. They state clearly in their return policy that there is NO returns on any open or installed audio equipment. They have numerous complaints on Amazon, Google, Better Business Bureau, Facebook & several consumer complaint websites. They will list & charge you for what you order & then routinely send buyers what ever they want & do absolutely nothing to resolve it Except to offer you the option to spend more money to ship it back & gamble if they will send you any of your purchase price back.

I purchased an after market radio for 2008 GMC Acadia. This radio is not correct for what is needed to hook this up. I want to return it, because it does not work for the Acadia. I can not find any information on return to Googol Shol. Wal-Mart says I need to contact Googol Shop. This is the only thing I have found. Someone needs to give me return information. All I am getting is the run around.
