I have been trying to return a bed ( in an unopened package) from Goldwing for 3 months. I ordered it from Walmart not knowing it came from Goldwing. I called Walmart customer service a minimum of 13 times. EACH TIME I asked for A PAPER LABEL. Fed X couldn't pick up the bed because it DID NOT HAVE A PAPER RETURN LABEL. (Only an email saying the package could be returned.) Fed X told me that this wasn't true and that the need a paper label. Fed X is going to take care of it.
