If I could five negative stars I would. This company has horrible customer service. I will not be recommending them to any friend, family, acquaintance, etc. I ordered a bed set for my daughters birthday, as part of a larger order. I received my entire order, except my daughters bed set. According to USPS the item was delivered; however, no item was here. They advised me that since the post office said it was delivered there is nothing they could do. No investigation, no replacement, no credit, no solutions at all. Sounds like they are in the business of taking your money and not delivering. I've also reported them to the BBB for their practices.
