This company totally ignores complaints and requests for returns or refunds. I've never had a problem ordering anything from Walmart until now. Did not know that they were not part of Walmart. I'm out $20.00 on a pair of canvas shoes that looked like two silver boats. No lining, no padded insole, no shape, no support. Totally junk! Couldn't even give them away at a yard sale. Beware Walmart customers! Don't fall into this 3rd party trap! I'm no longer a Walmart customer! If they are going to sell other companies trash I can do better at the city trash dump for free!

DO NOT ORDER from this Walmart marketplace seller. They first sent me the wrong size boot. The second pair of Tall Rain boots were sent in a priority envelope where the Tall rain boots were folded, damaged and stuffed into the envelope.

worst place to order ever ordered off walmart.com didn't realize that they were a third party seller and I've been sending emails through Walmart and was told I would receive an email within 48 hours I have not received any email and no one on there end has tried to contact me and I have already returned the shoes I got and have not received a refund so I'm basically out $35.00

Haven’t received my order! It’s been 2 months. Sent 3 messages and no answer! Never again will I order from them again !! So disappointed!!

Awful awful company! The shoes I ordered were Nowhere near close to fitting. And then I was told I couldn't return them to the store because of covid-19. But Go In Style refused to give me a return label. they would only answer me through emails and those were very very rude! When I said I was going to leave a bad review I was told, "Gee nice person you are. Thanks for threats."
