Got a spec ops softshell jacket that is all I had hoped for. But the jacket swallows me whole so I'm trying to exchange it. I understand times are tight during this pandemic but hopefully they will work with me on this. Otherwise I've got a $110 jacket that I'll never wear. I ordered through walmart. Was thinking the return would be simple as always but every method I try it says "we've run into a snag" and thus no barcode/address lable to print out and it wont send me a QR code to get fedex to scan so I might be screwed.. figures...

I need to return a vest that doesn't fit. Their website just says to mail it back to them but there's no invoice in the package so I don't know what address to use. I've emailed and called them but they don't respond. Don't do business with this company.

Terrible customer service. They dont respond to emails or phone calls. Wont honor their return policy and and every excuse in the book when finally speaking with someone, finding ways not to honor the return. All I wanted was a replacement for defective boots or a refund. Now im still out $73 and boots. They never returned my old defective boots back to me and never responded after numerous emails to them since March 2018. Its now September 20 2018 and still nothing. Sad. Very sad for how I always perceived American stores as the best in customer service abilities. This is one store I would never recommend or deal with again. Honor your own Return Policies Go Commando.

I am still having difficulty returning pants that had a hole in them. I have made four attempts. Ridiculous !
