Deserves zero stars. Item (Christmas gift) was supposed to arrive by 12/21 (and that was already delayed). STILL has not arrived. When trying to track package, get message ‘we’re having trouble with your request’...for 2 days!!! Sent request to cancel order. I WILL NOT be using Walmart.com for any time sensitive gifts in the future.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered presents for my sons for Christmas and paid for expedited shipping. They were supposed to arrive on Fri the 21st but they haven't even arrived in the United States yet on Christmas Eve. Their Christmas is ruined and the customer service email doesn't even go through. Never order from these people!!
They sent wrong items. I received that I didn't order. My order delayed so long. I received my order one month later after I ordered. I emailed them but they never replied. And tracking number didn't work. So unpleasant!
Never received item and they would not return my call I would give no stars if it would let me horrible service
I placed my order on 12/11/18. It was marked shipped 12/13/18 at which time the money was debited from my account. Scheduled for delivery 12/19/18. NEVER received the product and can not get them to answer the phone, return calls or emails.
Never received Tracking # or Item !!!
