They are deceptive and unethical. When you purchase a product from GM they will ask you to write an opinion with a promise to give you a year warranty. They never give you the year warranty. Walmart and Amazon should not allow to sell with them they are terrible and their phones do not work!
If I could give less than one star I would. Sold me an iphone that was supposed to be brand new. Phone starts having problems pretty quickly and I take it to the Apple store. Apple Store lets me know that this is actually a USED iphone that someone else bought in 2018 and then had the screen replaced a year later. This company is a complete fraud and I would stay away from them.
I bought a phone and had it for a month and the screen went all weird on us no drops or nothing and now I can’t get a new one with my protection that’s funny $90 extra for protection
I recently purchased 2 refurbished iPads. They will not allow my children to download any additional apps, I want to return them
