The single worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Product took over 4 months to ship and once it did, it was the wrong product entirely. Unwilling to give a refund or reply to emails.
Scalper prices. Cancelled when they accidentally sold at retail. CU to the moon.

Seller cancels items daily. I have 5 items over the span of a couple weeks that have been cancelled for no reason

I'm so disappointed. The sewing machine I ordered on Dec. 22, 2020 still isn't here. Only one e-mail that said it was shipped and given a FedEx number. My money was taken out of my account and order delayed, then nothing more. How can I get my money back? I've always been very happy with everything I've ordered from Wal-Mart, but I won't be ordering anything else until this is rectified. There is something very dishonest going on here. I can't believe that Wal-Mart would allow another company to use them and give them a bad name.
@Walmart, why don’t you read this feedback, it backs up what we all have been claiming yet you continue to let these criminals scam your customers! They create a label, get paid, and never ship the items out. Read their feedback, it’s fake, that many 5 stars, right!!!! They do this just to keep above your radar, do you have fraud people watching???? Some of their feedback claim they got the items but the brand labels were missing, could this be fakes, better look closer into these folks before you have a class action laws suit dig?
SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!! NO STARS if i could. DO NOT order from Get Dealz Daily . You'll end up requesting a refund. I placed an order over 9 days ago an the package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but was never shipped out. Called them multiple times and tried to leave a voicemail but their voicemail box is full. Once you place your order they create the label but do not send your items.
Fucking shit bag scalpers
My husband bought me a weight bench for $435 for Christmas. We put it together and on the second use the bench snapped in half. I flipped over the back. I weight 135 pounds and thank goodness I had not grabbed my bar yet. They told us to return it to walmart and walmart said they needed to return it to them. They said sorry it’s out of the 30 days window. It was a Christmas gift and a $435 bench broke literally in half in 48 hours. It should have been able to return. They legit was a danger!!!!!
I purchased an item as a Christmas gift on 11/27/20. It arrived on 12/3/20. After the gift was opened by the recipient, I attempted to return the item at 8 am on 1/3/21 and learned that the return window had closed on 1/2/21 (8 hours earlier). I immediately reached out to Get Dealz Daily both via e-mail and phone to resolve my issue. Given that my purchase was a Christmas gift, the strict 30-day return window from the delivery date seemed unreasonable so I requested that they accept my return 8 hours after the return window closed. They did not respond until 1/12/21. Here is the "customer-focused" e-mail that I received "This order passed our 30 day return policy. We will not make any exception. Have a nice day." So much for 24-7 support that they advertise on their website. I will NEVER by from this reseller again!
Label created 12/16 - Never shipped. Same as everyone else.
Have sent numerous emails - no response. Have called 100 times. Finally got someone yesterday. Gave some bs excuse to get me off the phone.
Will be filling chargeback with credit card company.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! wish I would have looked at this prior to purchasing. I am out $290.00 for weights I purchased my husband for Christmas. Same at all the rest here, label created, but no product. NO STARS. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shame on Walmart for using them as sponsors on their website. I am so disheartened.
Like all the other reviews - they have charged me, created a shipping label but no other information on delivery. I ordered from this seller because of the timeframe they indicated they could deliver the outdoor heater. I placed the order on 12/5 with delivery indicated for 12/10 - no information since 12/6 when label was created. 2 reach outs to the company with no reponses. Stay away!
Extremely Poor Customer Service. Ordered a package over a week ago, had a tracking number assigned. Notice the package taking an extremely long time to arrive. Continued to check the tracking system, until the system stopped given me updates.
