I'm very disappointed in this place I ordered something back in June I've yet to receive it it says a shipping label has been created they don't answer back the answer back saying they would talk to me try to find my order this is ridiculous I'm about ready to Sue this company

Wish I had looked here first. Simple order now over 30 days late. No response to email and their listed phone number is not longer operable. I looked them up on Amazon and same garbage reviews there except the "company" left responses blaming customers for lying. Pathetic

Would leave negative stars if possible.

Same as all of these other reviews.. Walmart email said it shipped, then no updates ever available weeks later. Walmart actually contacted them for me & neither of us ever got a response so they finally credited me but said if the item shipped I will get charged again.

WHY WOULD WALMART CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY??!

Worst seller ever! Do not Trust! I placed my order July 2019, It has been a month and I still have not received my order! Tried contacting them, no luck, cannot reach them. But they will take your money like they did me.

This place is a scam ! I ordered from them twice and I have yet to receive my item . It says it’s in queens village with no movement on tracking . I can’t believe Walmart would send it’s customers to a scam company and allow them to still continue to steal money from innocent customers . Walmart reach out to me I deserve better than this !!!!

The item I order was never sent to the post office. It's been pending since July 16th. Shame on Walmart for dealing with this company knowing they are a scam check out their ratings. They do not even deserve a star.

I placed an order on 7/23/19 showed USPS shipping information 7/24/19 with Package Acceptance Pending in Queens Village, NY. Hasn't shown acceptance or other activity since. Called multiple times with no answer. Left messages without a return call. Now 8/8/19 and still no product. Horrible seller! Wish I would have seen their ratings before wasting my money.

Word of advice, file a chargeback on this company for failure to deliver or ship products. Don't bother trying to contact them. They won't respond.

Same exact problem as the person before me. Ordered a candy item in bulk from General Depot on July 23, 2019 to be delivered on August 1, 2019. Order is still in Queens, NY. I’m in California and it is now August 4th. No response from General Depot and their phone number I’m pretty sure is bogus. I’m out the money that I paid in full. Walmart please end your relationship with this awful vendor.

I ordered my item on July 23, 2019. The next day I received an email from Walmart that said "On Its Way JUL 24 10:53 AM. Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending Queens village, NY" Walmart said I would receive it August 1, 2019. It's August 3 and there has bee no other updated tracking info so it appears it is stuck in Queens, NY since July 24th.

I called the post office and they are looking into it and said to give them 3 days. I called Walmart and they attempted to contact this seller but no answer. Now they are looking into it and advised to wait 24 hrs. and then to call back. (Sigh)

If I had seen these reviews first I never would have ordered it. What's really scary is it appears from these reviews that this company sells candy. I ordered an electric cigarette rolling machine. That's a far cry from candy! I really want it because it was listed at half the price I have found anywhere else. I will raise my rating if Walmart and this company come thru with my order. We'll see but I'm not holding my breath after the above reviews.

This company is pathetic and Walmart has not helped in resolving the issue. Got my money and has not sent item. Would like to give a zero rating to both companies. Yes I’m pissed. No help from anyone.

Stay away from this place. They don't ship your orders and they don't respond to your emails. I thought I was ordering thru Walmart and somehow they got the order. Walmart has also tried contacting them with no success. With all the complaints I'm reading about this place, stay away.

I wanted to order candy from Walmart's website with General Store Depot listed as the third-party seller. However, the information on the Walmart website seemed incomplete, as the price was very high and, while it said "bags," it did not identify how many bags were included. I was certainly hoping that it was not one bag weighing 4 ounces that was going to be over $31. I tried contacting General Store Depot, using the toll-free number listed through Walmart, as well as the toll-free number I found through Google, and that number is no longer in service.

Same problem as the others on here - wish I would have seen these reviews sooner. I was supposed to receive by order on 7/18, no tracking info after 7/16 and no one will get back to me via email to tell me where this order is. Trying to cancel my order still. 7/24/19

I ordered candy from Walmart. General Store Depot was the supplier. I never received my order, and the Depot never apologized for their failure to sent it.

Walmart responded to my concerns and refunded me the money. I don't blame Walmart. After reading the feedback from other buyers, I can see that I am not alone in my opinion about General Store Depot..

These guys are al Right......I ordered candy in May. So far I have about 6 or more answers that someone from General Store will answer in 24 hrs. They are all gone home!!! They have my $35...…………..Canceling out today 7/19/2019.

Ordered Candy for my daughters party. Never received it and it’s several days past the time they said it would arrive.

Absolutely worst service. Did not fill my order or respond to emails about my order. Phone # listed on their site is non-working number.

Worst service ever. Order placed 3 weeks ago has not been received. Seller did not respond to email inquiries.

Unless you enjoy being ignored, frustrated and maybe cheated, select another seller.
